Me and my family visited the woodlands mall today for the first time. Mall is super busy on the weekends! We got the chance to walk into pet fair and check out the available puppies they had. The staff here was very helpful. You could tell they look out for their pets. Puppies are like babies. you have to be very careful with them and make sure they’re not stressing out being out too much. We got the chance to see an English bulldog, ended up falling in love and took him home. the store was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for our puppy. We were beyond satisfied. Will definitely be returning back in the future. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the awesome experience! me and my family came in to check the pets and the staff was very helpful. the store recently got renovated and it looks super nice. me and my family are impressed because we come in often. the staff is on top of everything and they have the best prices in the woodlands for pets. we bought our German shepherd from here and we havent had any issues with our pet. we are in love with our dog Zeus. they also offer military discount so thats a plus. highly recommend pet fair out of all the other pet stores!

This was definitely the best thing ever. My friends and I were able to have a play time with the animals. The staff is so helpful and sweet. Would definitely come back again.

Stopped by with the family. the kids had a great time interacting with the pets. the staff here is very nice and informative about the pets. they are not pushy. weather youre here to buy or just look around, they are very respectful and can hold a conversation. thank you for the great experience pet fair. 10/10 recommended. we also saw a lady being rude to the staff. the staff is very nice. everyone lives their live differently. if someone wants to buy a pet that is more than $400+ LET THEM BE! its their money, their life, not yours. not everybody lives according to how others want them to be.

They handle the pets so well and are in really good hands. they are really gentle and the pets look so happy. the workers are so kind and sweet. i would come back any day :)

This was the best place ever, we found the cutest boy (we named him Rufus while meeting with him). The staff is so welcoming and nice and explained the entire process of bringing home the babies.

My time was well spent here in the Woodlands mall when I stopped by and got to see some puppies. All the dogs there are cute and full of energy. They had plenty of staff to help with all the questions I had about the dogs. They were all friendly and knowledgeable about all the dogs in the store. I had a great time and I will definitely be right back. The place was clean and smelled wonderful. No complains on my end. I just wish I could take them all home!

We walked out after our first visit with our first puppy, Sir Isaac, and then returned pre-pandemic for Delta:) I was checking their Instagram & Facebook pages to see if they were open again and entered their giveaway, which we won! Best pet store hands down! I have bought multiple dogs from here in the past years and I have never had any issues with them. Favorite thing about the store is that their staff is very knowledgeable about their pets/financing and doesn’t push you into buying a dog. They explain their financing detail by detail… not like other pet stores around that area that do a horrible job at explaining. this is a perfect concept for the woodlands mall. This store is paradise for a lot of families.

I just visited Pet Fair in the woodlands mall today with my family. I love what they did to the place! The remodel of the store definitely changed the experience of the store and brought new life to it. The team at pet fair have always gave us a great greeting and made us feel welcomed. My family and I got to spend some time with a puppy Maltese. He was full of energy and had lots of joy. I asked plenty of questions about the puppy to a gentleman, didnt get his name, however he seemed like he was passionate about his job. All the employees have genuine care for the puppies which brings a smile to me and my family. I am constantly seeing new puppies which tells me they are finding homes rapidly. Overall, the store is kept clean and doesnt smell at all like a pet store! I admit, my family and I are regulars there and the experiences have been nothing but great. We will soon be in the market for a pup and I will definitely be bringing my business here. For anyone looking to play with adorable happy puppies this is the right place for you and your family. I love this store; my fiancé works at the mall and I’ll typically come in and browse while he works; my only complaint/issue, which isn’t even really either, is i miss all the other animals they had before! The renovation they did makes it so much cleaner and nicer looking, but I miss seeing anything other than a cat or dog.

Looked everywhere for a goldendoodle and multiple breeders had a waitlist and didnt cover all the needs for my future puppy so my close friend recommended pet fair woodlands. i came in with the family and the staff here was very helpful about the pets. we went over the health warranty, where the pets come from. paper work, and we were satisfy. the price makes sense with everything they cover you for. we love our furry puppy!!!

#1 recommended pet store in houston texas! the store has been here in the mall for more than 7+ years. me and the family have bought more than 3 pets from here. all pets are healthy. they renovated the store a few months ago and wow!! i am impressed! the outlook looks fantastic, the facility is always clean.

Best place to purchase a dog. I have purchased my three from there and am super happy with the service and quality. The price may be a tad more, but it’s worth it. Yamy a technician cared for our little puppy when he got sick and made sure he was 100% before he gave him back to us. I recommend this place and would not buy a dog from anywhere else. Love to bring my 3 year old here every week to play with puppies. He has a fun time every time we come in. The staff makes sure the puppies are well taken care off. Great experience, great concept. I spent time today with some puppies and ended up taking one home. A big factor in my decision making for choosing Pet Fair over other pet places is that : The puppies are treated really well and are prioritized above all else as it should be. The customer service is great and the staff is well informed. They are respectful and had lots of patience with me unlike other places. They werent pushy because they wanted to find a family member that was right for me.I named my dog Spark because of the amount of energy he had. He is vaccinated up to date, his deworming was taken care of and Spark had seen the vet before I took him home. He is in perfect health. He has a follow up appointment that I am getting for free!If anyone is looking for a puppy, Pet Fair treats you well. Honest. Friendly. Clean place.

This is always a big attraction when we go to the mall. Seeing what cute new furry friends they have brings a smile to your face. The prices are a bit extravagant, but thats to be expected when getting what appear to be pure-bred puppies. Which brings me to one of the downsides I find about Pet Fair: They only have young animals and do not carry any older cats or dogs that need a good home. I know there are other places for it, but with the traffic this store gets, it seems like it would be the perfect place to have a few old mutts just needing a loving family to take them home.

This store is horrible. The animals are kept in tiny boxes with glass/plastic windows. They allow small children and loads of people touch them all day long. I can’t imagine how stressed they must be. The food the feed the animals looks like cardboard and cheap kibble. It makes me so sad every time I pass this store.Also notice how most of their good reviews are all left by people with only 1 review being for this business. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re fake.Don’t support this business and get your pets from a more ethical place.

I had a great experience at pet fair. All of the puppies were playful and I got to spend some time with a few of them. I was happy to see that a lot of the dogs were finding homes while they were there. The staff is well informed when it came to the puppies information. The puppies vaccinations from what I was told are up to date and have already seen by the vet. I was really close to taking one home today! If the Maltese I fell in love with is still here tmrw I will definitely be back for him. The store is very clean and very professional. They had great offers and amazing pups.

We had been planning a trip to get a pet for the kids. This planning took place many weeks ago, unfortunately, when we got there they refused to allow us to interact with the dog we wanted. They ruled me out by saying only serious buyers get to interact with the dogs.I asked, how do you know I won’t buy today? They said it’s only for serious buyers. I asked how do you decide who is qualified and who isn’t. No real response was given. Felt discriminated against!How can you look at someone and automatically rule they aren’t qualified to buy one.The family was extremely disappointed and won’t buy a puppy from there.How sad!

Had no idea the woodlands mall had a pet store but was impressed with the concept. All me and my family saw was happy families walking in and out with a huge smile! We got the chance to check out a corgi and we fell in love! All the questions we asked were answered and the staff was very friendly! they made sure everyone in the store felt comfortable and also brought out dogs to their play run so they could run and interact with everyone there. can’t describe how incredible my experience was here at pet fair. Adorable little pets love the environment, but the pets are incredibly expensive to adopt. Their cheapest is $1000.00. Yes a thousand dollars. The pets are not even that exotic or rare. Just overpriced so its no surprise why they hardly get adopted.

I bought my dog some treats from Pet Fair today and I was amazed with the outstanding change that the store has made to its interior everything looks fresh and very open. Ive seen other petstores but this store blows the others out of water. The friendly environment brings in lots of familys, The dogs are always active and looking healthy which is amazing. Friendly staff, clean store, and happy puppies; BY FAR BEST STORE IN THE MALL. I will be bringing in my kids soon.
