This particular location is very noisy. The acoustics are so bad you have to almost yell, and the place was not crowded & no one was near us. Perhaps caused by the fact it is L shaped? We gave up and went outside even though it was over 90°, just so we could talk. Polite staff, clean

What makes one Starbucks better than another is the people who work there. This store has the best customer service in town and of the many times Ive gone to this store (Indian Trail), I cant remember one time theyve messed up my order.

Best Starbucks Crew Ever! I live across the street from this location and frequent it. The staff is attentive and friendly and knows me by name. Ive even showed up, stopped to use the rest room and when I approached the counter my Favorite drink was already prepared and waiting for me! Thanks guys for being part of why I call this neighborhood home!

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I come here frequently for homework and even on tough days these guys sure know how to cheer me up...plus the coffee is fantastic!

Service here is hit or miss. Today I had great customer service but the past 2 weekends it was actually pretty rude service.

Service here is so slow. It is a constant no matter when I may be through.Today the cars are stacked in the drive up and I waited at least 10min. I actually dont come here anymore unless my daughter requests it.

Best Starbucks I have visited in the state. I just moved from Seattle to Spokane and the crews friendly demenour at Indian Trail SBs is both warm and very attentive. Manager is a hands on guy: Bruce is eithet working the phones supporting staff or cleaning both inside and out. I go to SBs about 3-4 times a week and enjoy my visits. I Cant believe someone commented that a restaurant is too stetile. I for one am always happy to eat or drink in a clean envioronment. Way to go Bruce and team!
