Had a 24 Hour Blood Presure Moneter put on my body. Great service, everybody is friendly and helpful, lots of car parking outside or under cover, first 2 hours are free also there is a pharncy on the groud floor. Also the premises are very well keept, clean and tidy

Dr G is the most fantastic dr, my wife cannot speak highly enough of him! He is such a knowledgeable doctor and I’ve trusted him with all health issues for years. He is a good genuine man.But cannot say the same for the receptionist staff. They are rude, have been greeted with “ what do you want?” Before. They make you feel like you’ve interrupted them and they are not there to help you. It’s a inconvenience for them when you walk to the counter. 5 stars for dr G, 1 staff for the receptionist team.

Unfortunately, another poor GP to add to the list of poor GP’s on the Gold Coast. The doctors of this practice fail to recognise your symptoms and issues and easily fob you off to the ED. In turn, you’re left waiting in ED for 6-7 hours, only to have tests done and results produced that could have been easily done by the GP. Not to mention, I was promised by three different female doctors antenatal care and that I would be looked after, only to have them either leave or reduce their availability to less than twice a month. The reception prioritise their paper work over speaking with patients. Such a huge disappointment and a huge inconvenience. I strongly recommend against this clinic.

This place is a joke!Everything takes for ever.Be prepared to wait for at least one hour to see your doctor.Front desk attendants not friendly at all.Walk in service just like a public hospital, my husband waited 3 hours to see a doctor, then another hour to ser the nurse, just to get is finger dressing checked and changed.

The doctors, nurses and pathology are always nice and very polite.But the first point of contact at the clinic, I mean receptionist are very rude.I just go to the clinic because I trust in the doctors for me and my family,but I highly recommend the administration of the clinic check whats happen with the reception staff. Are they overwhelmed? Fairly paid? Is training necessary?This should be taken as a important matter once at reception has a sign showing that all staff should be treated with respect. But respect should work on both ways. Staff x Patients and Patient x Staff.

I think the establishment is fantastic, helpful friendly people. I certainly do not mind confirming my appointment via return text either. However, the seeking of a commitment to appointment time infers that both parties commit to this understanding, and after 15 minutes beyond our agreed time I go to the front counter to cancel my appointment. I also seek to confirm my medicare card is not charged for a service that was unable to be delivered. You would not expect a flight to wait for you to be 15 minutes late, nor would you expect a train to wait at a station for you for 15 minutes, so thereafter I go to the counter to cancel the previously confirmed appointment time, as it was not kept by the party seeking to confirm the appointment time in the first place.Now, I understand fully that consultations will vary in length, naturally, but this consideration is not adequately addressed by the practice booking in too many people into too few time slots, then expecting people to wait beyond what would be considered a reasonable expectation of waiting time.The Doctors Union (AMA) fails its patients in demanding their attendance at GP offices for referrals to specialists. This is not the case in the UK or USA, and can only be seen for what it is, the right to demand $70 from the Australian tax payer for writing a referral, when the patient themselves know they require a specialist.

Best medical centre in Southport. Doctors are great and radiology and pathology are conveniently onsite. Estefania is the best receptionist there, but they need more receptionists rostered on to cope with patients and phone calls. Queues are often too long. Its a management issue.

Doctor G is the best doctor I have ever met and not only is he a good doctor he is a wonderful person, he is compassionate, friendly and takes his time not like other doctors I have encountered at other medical centres. He is interested in helping patients and not try to rush you out the door, he is not judgemental like some other doctors can be. Sometimes there is a wait to see him but that is fine because its worth it. The pathology staff are very sweet they always have something nice to say and the nurses are so kind. I have felt extremely uncomfortable around some reception staff, they actually make me feel like I am bothering them when I check in, the overwhelming feeling of them looking down on me like ugh what do you want brings up feelings of depression because I am treated so badly and anxiety, its so bad that I take a friend with me to help me check in because I feel so intimidated by one or two reception staff. I feel sad to have to write negative things about someones work performance but it really hurts when someone treats you like you are trash and not wanted there.

First of all- BEST pathology ever. The blonde lady who has been doing it for 25 years is absolutely amazing. I am always in pain when I get blood taken and she never ever makes me hurt I still can’t believe how amazing she is.Doctors are great too- but the reception.... it’s like they play the “I’m too busy” game. The same two every time are always on the phone (of course you have to be) but then do little things here or there to make the other girl have to take the patient. And it happens every time. Today the new girl got through 5x people before 1x lady took 0 and the other lady took 1x. 3x of them were looking at the same binder and chatting. Look I get it I need a break too but maybe help each other out and then relax together instead of this silly game the patients lose at.

I’m really bad at the moment. My stomach hurts a lot, my back hurts a lot and I’m felling weak. I’ve called the medical center Southport and talked to Sonia 8:35pm asking for help and she said me you can come to the medical center. I’m Brazilian and there’s a Brazilian doctor there, I’d like to see her because I can explain exactly what I’ve been felling. I drove 30 min felling really bad and when I arrived there the Sonia said me that I couldn’t see the doctor because arrived two more people before me , but she works there for a long time, she knew that could happen and she didn’t say me anything. She didn’t think I was a human with a big problem, I said I was in Miami, long way but she didn’t have empathy, she just did a automatic work. She must have to say me that people could come and I could not see the doctor, but not! She didn’t say that to me. Now I’m really bad in the parking waiting for help because my stomach is hurting a lot and I’m worried to drive home again. She knew that, she knew I could come and loose time. She knew that. I understood the doctor , but I said to Sonia, please say that to the doctor I’m Brazilian and I really need talk to her because is easy talk in Portuguese, but the doctor didn’t feel empathy. 10/6. Went to QML pathology and it was my first time ever seeing a pathologist.When I went into the medical centre and asked a nurse, seated behind some equipment, in the waiting area where to go for the pathologist.She said just go and take a number and wait. That is not my concern and then laughed to herself.There was 0 reason to be rude. I was simply asking for help. Clearly she has issues with the general public which is concerning for a nurse.

Im not sure if they just hate customers for needing a doctor, or if they are jaded and overworked?I will continue to be a repeat customer here because the doctors and nurses are professional, i can get an appointment at short notice, and the location is convenient for me.

Doctors are very good, but be careful if you go to the treatment room, as some of the nurses like nurse Louise,( not sure how to spell it) was very rude and impatient. She can’t deal with kids, and gets very annoyed if they are scared or crying. I was so shocked by her rude attitude! I’ve been coming to this practice for the past 6 years but never met a nurse so rude and insensitive to little kids.

Very busy practice. I understand. However, if you have urgent symptoms, GO TO THE HOSPITAL OR CALL QAS! If you are a patient, THEN BE PATIENT AND WAIT! Thats why patients are called patients. The practice (doctors, nurses, receptionists, etc) has helped many patients but obviously only those who has issues put a feedback here. These Google reviews are not fair to them.P/s - I feel sorry for the doctor working at most nights. Hes alone and gets abused a lot.

Doctors are great. Shame it takes so long to see them!! I am currently sitting in the hallway with chest pains (why I’m here) waiting for my appointment which I booked for 5:10pm. It is now 5:59pm and have seen many people arrive after me, see my doctor, and leave before me. What is the point of booking?! I have this issue every time I come here. I will never be coming back. Unless it’s for dental work (Dr Gabriela is amazing) EDIT: Walked out at 6:16pm after still not seeing anyone. Told reception I was here with chest pains and they sent me down another hallway to see another doctor who still didn’t have the time

Dr Momia was so rude. He raised his voice pretty much the entire consult, which my mum even became concerned as she waited outside the room & could hear him through the door. He didnt listen to my request for certain tests or look into why I was requesting them (they were all follow ups as I have severe deficiencies and other serious health issues). Instead he was argumentative and basically told me to go back to my old doctor. Unacceptable behaviour for a person who has a responsibility to help people.

This place is just horrible. My 21 months old daughter got a small laceration on forehead that required to be glued. somehow the doctor and the nurse didn’t anticipate the glue from running down into her eye. Now she ended up having her eye close and couldn’t opened for days bcuz it’s glued. So basically I came there to add another problem. Save yourself from this place

Very poor treatment been seeming our GP for around 20 years then they started working here treatment got worse with no real care anymore soooo disappointing the receptionists there are quite rude and seem to enjoy playing with people’s mental health particularly the lass wearing glasses the set up of the whole place is just terrible no actual waiting rooms just hallways I got to overhear drs on phone telling patients about health problems and then telling them we’re not going to do anything about that so if you have Telehealth appointment chances are other patients will over hear dr my last visit was to deal with new health issues I did not get to even mention any of these as the dr just went on a tantrum ranting about old stuff I still can’t get results of blood test done over two mouths ago now our appointments were constantly interrupted by phone calls!!!!Do your self a favour don’t get treated like a joke go somewhere else where the staff may actually care because these people don’tThey seem to be more about money than health care terrible please get real care don’t go here

I have been coming to the centre since its opening. It was a great medical practice to come as a walk in at the beginning ONLY. Everything went downhills in my opinion since the normal bookings were implemented. The doctors keep changing, and NOW the receptionists. The customer service became worse.

It depends which Doctor you see here from my experience. Maria Martinez is excellent and my go to Doctor. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending here. Doctor Ogalo is a new Doctor here and I also felt very confident with him. Some of the other Doctors I have seen here I wouldnt be keen to see again. You can book online for a time that suits and they Bulk bill PLUS have all Blood testing and MRI scan and various other testing you might need. Parking is available on site

DR RUTH and DR FEARON ARE THE BEST and most professional doctors I’ve had here. They genuinely care for their patients.Unfortunately I cannot say the same for a few other doctors I’ve seen here.All of the receptionists EXCEPT ONE (and anyone who has met her will know who I mean), are lovely and efficient.Here are a few experiences I’ve had at primary medical:1. I received blood tests from a woman who accused me of having bulimia and told me “you know all of your hair is going to fall out”. I was having blood drawn to investigate severe unintentional weight loss.I must mention though that the nurse, LILY IS AMAZING: so gentle and kind. A stark contrast to some other nurses.2. I saw the same doctor for the same script at least 6 times. Every single time he’d say “I can’t prescribe that to you yet” and every time he was wrong. Half of the times, he’d get the dose on my script wrong and I’d have to fight through the bureaucracy for hours to get him to admit he was wrong and fix my script3. On two seperate occasions, that one receptionist failed to fax important referral documents to my specialist4. Most recently, when I came in with a plan to taper off a difficult medication through a compounding chemist, I was told that my approach was “too forceful”. His only advice was “you will have to stay on it (my medication that was literally making me want to die).I had to beg to see another doctor for a second opinion. Before I could, however I WAS INTERCEPTED IN THE HALL BY THAT ONE RECEPTIONIST.The doctor must have DISCLOSED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION about my medication because she attempted to tell me IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS that no one in the medical centre would be able to help me get my very-difficult-to-discontinue medication compounded.All they needed to do was call the pharmacist that I had spoken with on various occasions.When I was able to see another doctor, he had already been told about my situation by either the previous doctor or the receptionist. He cut me off as I was trying to explain my struggle and what I needed. When I pleaded for them to search their database for someone who knew how to do compounding, I was told “I don’t know.”Not knowing about compounding or understanding that they were in fact authorised to compound my medication, I could handle. But the BREACH OF CLIENT/DOCTOR CONFIDENTIALITY between doctors and receptionist, plus being intercepted so rudely by someone who had no business in knowing about my medication is simply unacceptable.Nobody I dealt with so much as pretended to have even an ounce of sympathy. All I was given was “I can’t help you, sorry”.

I agree with the other local guides on this medical practice. The only reason to even come to this dam practice is because our family doctor that we have had for over 18years made the change.So as a new patient at this practice the service from reception was horrible. Never have I ever had a bad experience at medical practices until this moment.It’s not like we all have the barcode app down loaded on our mobile phones, therefore we have to download one and this takes just under a minute to download this is need when we are required to register to this practice.So here’s a tip to all new patients arriving to this practice make sure you have a bar code app ready so that you can fill in your details.And seriously reception if your not happy with your job it’s easy enough to make the change. A good work place environment starts with a good team. A smile goes a long way so does good attitude. There’s no need for rudeness, try being grateful for the job you do have considering there’s a lot of people out of work thanks to COVID-19.

Doctors are Phenomenal.Reception Staff very lacking in Knowledge.Called because i wasnt sure the booking i made online with a different doctor, would do Mirena Removals.I was told I would need to book at a different clinic for the procedure i wanted.Yet my doctor i see at the practice - does the procedure and said he can do it in the past.When i said that my doctor has let me know he does Mirena removals - the receptionist back tracked on what she said and went to confirm what other doctors can do this at this practice.What the heck.I wanted to rate lower just because of this,But i cant when the Doctors here are some of the best Ive come across.Wait times happen - but this is a very busy practice. Im happy to wait an hour at times because i know the service from the doctor is always top notch and with care to everyone.Ive used their dental practice and i felt very comfortable, they were helpful and fast.

As i have said this practice should be investigated it desrves 0 stars. Was a patient at this particular practice for 6 yrs ..now all i requested to the practice manager and the receptionist i only want to deal with 1 doctor But no i got differerent doctors sending me letters and so forth please come and see them to discuss results or what ever and guess what i never went to that doctor nor meet them. It seems any doctor can access my medical records without my permission which happened too many times.(yes it is illegal) so this means no body understands english or what they have done to me is ignore my request many times which yes i do have evidance. My legal team are on top of this will be taken to further action what does it mean you only want to deal with the doctor you asked for and nobody else. I have an extensive medical background issuess and this practice doesnt seem to care of there action at all. Dont say i didnt warn anyone im just given you guys the facts its your choice wheather you take it on board but the medical center is not worth of the ratings. SMADP will be investigated.........

We have been using this practice for over 10 years with currently receiving great service by Dr John Leventhorpe who unfortunately was not on duty to see my wife today so booked to see an available Dr Ruth Alegarbes. Appears this particular Doctor cannot read her appointment computer screen as upon my wifes arrival for her appointment 15 minutes before booked time the Receptionist confirmed appointment & time booked upon arrival - My wife waited OVER half & hour over her 3.15PM appointment time so checked only to be told by this Dr Ruth Alegarbes that there was no booking - on further checking with duty Receptionist who again confirmed appointment time. As no other Doctor available my wife left in disgust after such incompetence - Definitely wont be using this particular Doctor again as is a most confused in-efficient & perhaps poorly trained Doctor.

My long standing doctor retired and I went to this practice and saw Dr Hanson who was exceptional and went out of his way to help me he even waited for me at the hospital at 11.00 pm to make sure I was given the treatment needed.Highly recommend the ethics.Unfortunately now the Gold Coast is a very busy place and with the shortage of doctors we have to expect to wait at times.Bring a book or I pad and be satisfied we can still get to a doctor.

Even with an appointment I still wait 2hrs. I still havent had my travel needles, as my paperwork for them only lasted 24hrs, and my paperwork ran out before I got into the treatment room. So, now I have to make an appointment etc etc.The reception staff seem to lack experience and have basically no idea.The only reason I go back is because I have the best doctor.

Took my son in to see a doctor the night he had a trip over and hurt is arm. It was swollen and clearly something was wrong as he couldn’t move it or use it. Doctor sent me home saying it’s fine if he has a bad night come back in the morning. He had a terrible night so I took him back in the morning, different doctor took a look at the previous doctors notes and told me to see how he goes in a few days come back if I’m still worried. Didn’t even consider an X-ray. Went to a different doctors surgery and they ordered aX-ray straight away. Wouldn’t you know it, he had a fractured elbow!! 3 days of pain for a 3 year old who by the way is autistic aswell!! UNBELIEVABLE...NEVER AGAIN!!

The clinic is advertised to close at 10pm, arrived approx 9.05pm to an empty waiting area and the big lady at reception chatting to a nurse turns and says the doctors are all BUSY, STITCHING PEOPLE UPalthough there was no one in the waiting area and the nurse is chatting away in reception! We went to the clinic on the 15.02.20. Receptionist sitting there getting paid to chat away, and the nurse was just as bad as she. Would not recommend as an after hours clinic because they dont seem to want to see anyone after 9pm incase they have to work a minute past close

Changed from a walk in to by appointment online. You book a time and you still have to wait. Whats the point of booking an actual time then? Doctors are good but the reception staff lack customer service skills. Poorly managed. Each time Ive booked Ive waited another half an hour to an hour to see the doctor. We arrived at the practice at 9.40pm and went to the reception. The lovely receptionist called the doctor to ensure he would take us as a last patient as the only other person waiting had just gone in. The doctor said no to the receptionist and the poor thing was left trying to assist us with an alternative. Please do not advertise your open to 10pm if you refuse to take someone 20min before you are meant to close. The patient before us was out 9:45pm which would have given the doctor plenty of time to see us before the supposed closing time..what happened to duty care?!? On a side note the receptionist was extremely helpful and lovely and we felt bad for her being left to say no to us being treated.

The only complain I have is the wait time, Waiting up to 3 hours sometimes. Apart from that they are great. I see DR Martinez and love how she is as a doctor, very caring phones with results and genuinely cares and can have a laugh as well. Some of the reception staff dont really seem to care and seem to just want you gone or not really say anything else but sit down and wait. Apart from that great staff and caring as well.Even the dental staff are great Ive had alot of dental work with both dentist and they both gave great service, big smile and I not a big fan of dentist and they made me feel good and not stupid actually cured my fear of the dentist and wont go to anyone else but them.

I have been visiting this medical centre for about 5 years, now & the wait time, if u want to see a particular doctor, is extremely long - It is not uncommon to wait from around 2-4 hours. If u complain, they say u can see any GP. However, over time, u build a relationship with a particular doctor (it is not like going to buy a product, where u can buy it from any store, as I have a series of chronic medical conditions) You, want to see your doctor someone, with whom u feel comfortable with & can discuss personal issues. I know that is my choice, but it should not be such a drama to see a doctor of your choice.As a patient you are visiting the practise, because you are ill, maybe in pain & the feeling that u get when u visit the practise, is that they dont really care! U are just a number, not a person. The receptionists, ( & the practise as a whole) does not really seem to understand, that they are there to service the needs of their patients! The receptionists are often very rude, (particularly Janet,) they completely lack warmth & empathy & have no idea of what customer service, really means and they certainly DONT deliver any!I have put up with this lack of service & care because, I had found a very good doctor & have valued her care over time.However, the situation came to a head recently, when I fell on a knee replacement, my leg swelled to double its size & was black & blue with bruising. I rang to see if I could get a phone appointment (which is generally not permitted) as it is a walk-in clinic (as my mobility, was severely compromised & the pain was intense) that request was denied. I then rang the Practise Manager, & after a long & difficult discussion, I was told I could come in, the following Monday morning, (3 days away) I did & waited 3.5 hours, in pain, to be seen by the doctor. I thought, that due to the circumstances, I had been allocated an appointment time, however, I hadnt been!I like most people, who are ill, just want reasonable access to see the doctor ofmy choice, within a reasonable time frame. I would like the ability to be able to ring in advance, for a phone appointment & to be treated like a person, with dignity & respect. I dont think, that is too much to ask!I will be looking for a new doctor in the very near future...not that I think, that this practise, will really care

I had the most amazing experience with this facility so far. The doctor I have come to visit are incredibly transparent with you about your care and any concerns, nothing Ive ever experienced from a bulk billing practice ever.As for dental, yesterday I had a wonderful experience with Dr Gabriel. The dental practice is so efficient and considerate. They took my appointment even though I was nearly 30 mins late due to traffic and they had the next patient. They still performed everything they could in that booking and moved me around so as to not waste my visit and time.

Its been a long time since Ive been to this place and boy has it changed for the better. Before you didnt have to book, you could just walk in which I always hated because it was always packed. Meaning you could be there for a while. Made a quick appointment today for my son and when we got there, there were only 2 others waiting. It was absolute heaven and we didnt have to wait long either. We got Dr Fearon and he was really good. Knew what he was talking about so no complaints. I will definitely come back here again.

I was a patient at this practice for 6 yrs let me give you some wise wisdom people do not contemplate going to this medical practice ...i have a lot of health conditions you need a good reliable doctor not one who is at this practice all the doctors do is just look on the internet heck i could of done this at home... Also hayley the practice manager ... let me put it this way i will take this practice to the medical board they think its ok any doctor can see your file even though you have been seeing one doctor for a number of years. In my opinion no other medical practice does that it is ILLEGAL especially if your waiting on some reports or test results any doctor can have access even though its addressed to a particular doctor. They have breached patients records nothing is private according to the practice yes im warning everyone do not go to this practice it your life and health. The staff are rude when you ring up it supposed to be good morning or after primary medical center this is such and such speaking how may i help you not HELLO what do you want.The doctors are inexperienced and rude can anyone speak good english that is the big question if you like other doctors reading your health issues looking through your results and history be my guest but yes it is illegal as i have reaserched this particular issue... you can not rely on any of the primary medical practice wheather its southport gold coast brisbane this is not on there screwing with patients health and patients privacy like mine ...If i could give zero stars i defently would...will take further action of this medical center. And really the preactice manager doesnt care. She needs to know what right or wrong and to keep patients happy. Im currently waiting with my partner and have been here for 2 hours and not a single person has gone in. We were first here for walk ins and nothing. No one at all has been called in for 2 hours. Yet Ive seen multiple doctors go in and out of their rooms one with a coffee.A doctor came out and called a name but the person was not here so he went back and never came out again to call anyone else. What the hell are the doctors doing ?

Website to make appointments is incorrect & unreliable. Wait times can be extensive. Only a few Drs are caring and helpful. Most work like it’s a cattle station. Only some of the receptionists are pleasant, one in particular is very unapproachable.

My family and myself always see Dr Majeed, amazing doctor, Im never left waiting more then about 10 min max. My girls were terrified of doctors before they met him and now they talk about him and how lovely he is all the time! I couldnt imagine ever seeing another doctor ever again!

I have just returned home from the medical centre with my newborn baby after being told that I was not able to have my scheduled appointment with the doctor. This appointment was booked two weeks ago by the receptionist. The doctor it was booked with is on leave and not back for another three weeks.Despite this being THEIR fault I was told my options were to wait around for the next available doctor or come back another time, later in the week. Neither of these options are viable considering I had a screaming baby who doesnt like going out and about!!They had absolutely no concern for my newborn and the receptionist was very rude.Dont bother booking appointments as they arent upheld.

It is very good that you can do everything under one roof.My only suggestion is that doctors can let Reception make APPOINTMENTS for them ( Like in Highland Park Medical Center and many,many other). That would significantly reduce the unnecessary waiting time.Dr Tariq Islam is the best, knows his Job and is very caring and compassionate

I had a virus on my face. It was some knids of emergency. Primary medical center opens until 10pm. So i was able to see doctor on 21:30pm. After next day, many of GP saw my conditions and consulting with each others.

Have been going there for years. When the practice first opened the average wait time was around an hour, recently weve consistently experienced 3-4 hour wait times. My wife has had reason to attend several times during the last month and the wait each time was approaching four hours. Theres no ability to make an appointment or to leave and receive a text/call when youre about to be seen. The Doctors weve seen are excellent (esp Dr McLeod) and the Reception staff wonderful, even though they take far too much stick from irate patients kept waiting. The owners need to invest in more Doctors or better systems or see the reputation of the practice dive.

Breach of client confidentiality.Ill give you a tip primary health.... When you need a blood test redone, dont ring the young girls mother and tell her that her daughter is pregnant and the test needs to be redone immediately.Oh, and also, when that girl comes in with heavy bleeding while pregnant, do more than give her a piece of paper from the internet explaining how to handle a miscarriage. I was not examined or asked to have any tests done. Nothing. By the way, I didnt miscarry. You shouldve done more, anything!Im going to be reporting you and also getting a current affair on to you. Some people should not be working directly with customers, not hard to recognise who at front desk. Some doctors neither when they treat patients with little respect. Their pathetic attitude gives the entire practice a bad name and unfair to those other lovely and hard working staff.

I previously left a review complaining about the wait times, but speaking to some of the doctors and nurses, I noticed they arent particularly happy with the way this centre works either. So if youre in agreeance that the wait times are ridiculous, leave them feedback (in writing would be best) that their system isnt very effective and just leaves everybody at a disadvantage (this includes the staff).So if youre ever waiting, thinking youd rather be somewhere else instead of waiting two hours to see a doctor, dont get angry at your doctor, itll just make the person after you wait longer, and itll get you nowhere as it isnt their fault.

Over 3 hours wait for two nights in a row awaiting test results. Represents the second time in a period of three years I have left this badly organised, inefficient and useless place vowing never to return. I returned on the basis that they may have improved in the 3 years since I last visited with this being a decision I am regretting. In addition if you seek your own medical records because you want to see an efficient doctor who doesnt keep you waiting for more than 3 hours they charge you for the privilege of getting your own records. Please note this is the Doctors surgery and not the Pharmacy which has generally been OK.

Huge queue to even get to the reception desk. Receptionist was really rude and offered no assistance in getting my wife in quickly to see a doctor about pain caused by her advanced cancer.We ended up going to another clinic on the same road who saw us quickly, were very thorough and ended up referring is to the ER.

Terrible treatment by Dr Gangaram. Extremely rude. Extremely long wait for pre booked appointment with a child with three open wounds and trying to chase a 4 yr old. Luckily the nurses in the treatment room were extremely lovely, polite and efficient.
