My wife wanted her PC upgraded to RGB with an SSD installed. Premier did it quickly, professionally and fixed an issue with the installation with no extra charge or hassle. Would high recommend this company, especially if youre after using a higher end pc.

My Iphone 6 plus was showing the restore prompt page as well as the home button being unresponsive. In addition I was not able to restart it by using the home + volume / volume + on/off button. This being my business phone it was critical that none of my contacts were lost.I brought it in to Premier computers who were able to fix the issues quickly and update it to the latest version of IOS, as well as double checking that all the my contacts,data, and photos were backed up toI cloud.From my initial phone call to the repair I found all of the team to professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.Their costs are very fair for the work that has been done and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them as a Apple / I phone repair specialist.10/10

After being let down by an online shop this store went above and beyond to support my family in getting the parts we needed. We have used this shop a number of times and recommended them in the past but this just blew me away. Our son is on the spectrum and without Premier computers assistance we would have been facing a meltdown of biblical proportions. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused.

A FANTASTIC service from Matt Ball and the rest of the team who went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure I got back up and running with my computer.I had built my first PC in a very very long time and seem to not have much luck with it, after one day it stopped turning on.I took it Premier Computers and they diagnosed the issue on the same day and called me to let me know that my motherboard was faulty.After contacting Amazon to get a replacement as it was a month old, I went back to the team at Premier Computers to install and fit it for me, as I thought I would let the experts deal with rebuilding the computer for me, only for me to get another call from Premier Computers to find out the faulty motherboard had a visible burn scorch mark on it which damaged the CPU.After a very long returns process with the CPU retailer, once I got the replacement part for the CPU. Matt and the team was able to put in the new CPU replacement once it had finally arrived.Moral of the story for me, is that I think I will get Premier PC to build any future computers for me as I seem to be cursed.* Very responsive* Professional* Above & beyond

Thoroughly impressed with the excellent work and the amazing customer service I received after thinking that my hard drive was completely broken. Every step in the repair process was explained to me in language that I understood and the damage was nowhere near as bad as what I thought! The repair was done whilst I waited and took only a few minutes! Chris was so lovely and gave me some great advice about looking after the now fixed hard drive and the price was much lower than anticipated! The next time I experience any computer problems I will definitely return to this place! Would recommend to anyone!

Fixed my computer with no issues it was literally done in a day I was shocked at how fast these guys work. Shop is clean and air conditioned. I could of fixed it my self but I did not have the time or patience to carry out the task and wanted some one I could trust to do it. I looked no further than the people who helped me pick the parts. Asked to fix the screen on our laptop. Broke the optical drive (we werent told, and it has never been used by us) and the fix was shoddy at best. They glued the screen casing together and they tried to cover up the damage to the optical drive. Attached is a picture of the damage to the optical drive. We arent close to experts by any means, but we managed to fix the screen better than they ever could. They were also supposed to use replacement parts but we have reason to believe they did not. STAY AWAY! Edit: The name used was Michael Lovett, and weve gone somewhere else.

Cant say much at the moment except that the staff are helpful they listen to what you have to say rather than telling you what they think just dropped of my PC for repairs will update once I get it back.So got back my PC unfortunately were not able to fix it as they couldnt identify the problem..they were honest in their assessment and that is appreciated as they didnt just try to get me to buy a system from them....will take any future business to them as I do value honesty above sleezy sales and business practices.

One of the best pc repair shops in Southend on sea, they seem pretty honest in there, did a, good job fixing up my laptop, price was good, highly recommended the place.

Great customer service, traded in an old system for a better one, and they were 100% on board. Even provided a new hard drive, fitting and data transfer at no extra cost. They answered all my questions about processors, SSDs and whatnot without any confusion. Also, great accessories at reasonable prices. They also do a wide range of PC repairs and iPhone repairs, and what they cant fix, theyll happily point you in the direction of a shop that can.

I took my laptop in today regarding a problem it had been having with booting up consistently, and was thoroughly surprised, and utterly delighted to get a call back the same day telling me that the problem had been solved, and that my laptop was now up and running again.The quality of the service and friendliness of the staff are second to none, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone with computer troubles. Edit before company response: Im aware of a supposed 12 month warranty, but only by the replies on here. Nothing told me that from my experience. I wouldnt have used it though, if a company breaks something or displays poor practices, you never go back to the same person to fix something they broke. You dont crash land in an airplane, get off and then let the same pilot, company and plane fly you back, just no.I got my laptop screen replaced here a few months ago.Why the late review you ask?So, a week later my laptop screen cracked - it wasnt dropped, i was on holiday in-fact. I left it home, the screen was very thin and very poor quality.I wasnt bothered about complaining its not something ive done before or generally care to do.It has been a few months, and since my screen was repaired i noticed my touchpad is getting stuck (the touchpad is sealed, theres no way anything can get underneath to get it stuck - so i wonder.Being the fool i am i only just thought to turn the laptop upside down.Well, the drama begins.The case at the bottom of my laptop that keeps everything inside is cracked, as i said i havent dropped it so im wondering why?There are 6 out of 10 screws that this company havent even bothered to screw back in. Leading the bottom of the laptop structure to bend and come out of place. Im curious as to why the bottom was even played with if the screen was replaced (i have no idea about replacements and i didnt see it being done, so ill just assume this was needed to disconnect something for the screen.)I took it to a professional laptop repair centre in brentwood, and it seems that some original components have been taken out and replaced with old bits. As i said i took the laptop in for a screen repair, nothing else. Nothing else was mentioned to me when i picked it up to pay. Im SHOCKED.So a synopsis;- The laptop screen replacement was expensive in comparison.- Cheap replacement used, cracked after 1 week- Bottom screws of my laptop were not put back, leading to damage- Components inside my laptop were swapped with other parts.My laptop was bought at Currys PC world 6 weeks before i took it there, it cost me £900 to buy, so god knows what they did to it.My review is insightful and truthful, i wont be amending it or debating this with the company. This is what happened to me, and potential customers deserve my truth when deciding which shop to go to. A review that isnt an employee, but a genuine customer.

I live a reasonable way away from your current shop and unfortunately the car park has little room. This meant that I had to park in priory park and walk all the way down which was an inconvenience. I needed a digitizer screen repair to an ipad air 2 and searched for a local firm to do this having been told by Apple that they no longer repair devices. A web search returned Premier Computers as a suitable company and their web portal showed that the cost of this would be £119.99. As a result of this information I attended the store to drop off the item. On arrival I spoke to a member of staff who checked the companys repair tariff and I was told that the repair would be £290. I challenged him on the disparity between the displayed web site cost and this quote. He admitted that the web portal had not been updated for a long while and that the costs displayed were no longer valid. It was apparent from the conversation that the proposed repair would consist of a replacement of the digitizer and LCD screen rather than just the digitizer screen. It made me wonder as to exactly how long the web portal had been neglected to account for the increase in the cost increase. As of the current time a digitizer screen replacement part only is available for £16!

I recently had a problem with my console/laptop when the laptop went up the wall when I was in the middle of talking online to a friend.Although I wasnt getting any power from the thing I couldnt determine as to wither the problem or the fault lay with either the console or the lead.So I brought my laptop down to this brilliant place and they got my laptop up and running again in a matter of seconds.The lead was the fault of the problem so I had to buy a new lead for my laptop, but it was worth it to have my laptop back in working order again.Dont bother with the timewasters at Buzz Box or the idiots at First National Computers if you have any computer issues or problems go to the number one computer shop in the world called Premier Computers.If you want to find a computer pro this is the place to go.

Ive used these guys several times, and Ive also experienced pc maintenance people for a good few years. They are fast, professional, and surprisingly modest with their charging. The other day I requested they search for and get back an important file Id accidentally deleted on one of my office machines. After much toil by them they finally admitted defeat - but refused to charge. I know a little of whats involved and it was always a possibility the file was irretrievable.
