These guys have a definitive monopoly in Soro and are operating as per that. Definitely are not providing any new connections and i guess are on the verge of closing the service. May be are unable to do any sales and support. I am definitely looking for options to break their monopoly. This is just ridiculous from their part and then they complain the city is not growing. You are not giving it a chance to grow with your shallow thinking.

Highly disappointed with the service. Frequent service failures for long hours without any information. Office customer service number is not reachable.

Worst service. They aren’t even interested in doing new connections so u can think the situation of existing customers.
