Maintenance of gardens/fog machine for mosquito- doing regular.No garbage-bed smelling found inside the campus.only one complain~ allotted PARKING PLACES areNot manner of arts- of -leaving.. During rain/ sun ray is directly hit on to the CAR~ resultantly quick damage/destroyed life of car.Building structure is OSM.

Builder is rude. But, their Adithya Esquina project is well built, good location, nice landscaping, swimming pool, gym, gated community, quiet location, things of daily necessity available nearby.

Free space provided by the builder is enough. Kids play area is good. Swimming pool is superb. Jogging track is perfect. Houses are according to Vastu. Maintenance is ok. The things that I didnt like are: main doors of the houses are front to front and the corridor is narrow.
