Though its a great but you will find parking space if you’re lucky as almost everyone want to park there vehicle there at first priority.

This village is located between Rudraprayag and Gaurikund on Kedarnath road. Sonprayag falls 4 km before Gaurikund. Buses go till here. Beyond this, small trains are available for 4 km distance to Gaurikund. After taking a bath in Gaurikund in a hot water source, the 14 km long climb to Kedarnath begins. Sonprayag is situated at an elevation of 1829 m. The Basuki and Mandakini rivers merge here. The place has immense religious significance due to the sacred waters of its rivers situated on the route of Kedarnath.
