Residential society based in Kundli, perhaps the best maintained society in the area... Good alert security and ample space for parks is the USP... Society is neat and clean with well laid out parking for residents...

We Celebrated our 72nd Independence Day here in our Max Heights Society. The Day was Beautiful we started with our Flag Hoist Ceremony then we Sung Our National Anthem together and enjoyed some cultural event by pretty children. Programme was organised by Residential Welfare Association of Max Heights Society.

Big gated society.. Secured for children ..big park is really advantage for kids as well as for old people..

Max Heights is located at Rai, Sonipat district. Much peace n calmer place as compared to Delhi. Well equipped with all the facility

The building is excellent. Spacious rooms, big balcony. However the peeling paint and patchy exteriors give a bad picture.

I have been to this complex for around 5 days. Although I am staying in a big housing society in Pune but I found Max Heights kundli very different comparing to Co-operative Housing Societies in Maharashtra. Well desciplined staff and work force. All the best to Kundli.

Max Heights Residents have been harassed and cheated by builder of Max Heights. Court cases have been filed against builder.

Overall Society is good but RWA for reasons best known to them have gotten into scuffle with Builder which has resulted in poor management and poor maintenance
