Very Bad experience in my life. Please Dont Purchase flat in Tuscan City. No Management, No Service, No complaint Action. Full of money wastage. Please dont buy the flat in Tuscan city.Problems in Tuscan city: Water Problems, Lift problem 12-15 days in a month , Underground full of water when rain is coming, electricity Problem continues 2-4 days & Non-cleaning area.Attached 2 images . Nice place to live. Built near the highway and 10min away from delhi. Flats and floors, made in Italian style provides a good look. One thing makes it different from others isIts look from the highway and its entry gate.

Close to Delhi and very spacious in comparison to Delhi flats...good environment..…..near tdi mall...... Best residence place for daily commuters to Delhi....

A great society to live.Good neighbourhood.Just infrastructure issues and thats it.Major Electricity problems been noticed reporting every 2 months.

Worst place to live in after spending 37 lacs. Got late possession, buildings not built up to mark, power shedding upto 18 hours in such a hot season and whole night without electricity is a nightmare come true.

It is a brokers office, not the whole City. This is a property broker, running illegally in residential flat, posing as the owner of the residential flats. He is a big cheat, do not deal with him
