Wonderful residential complex with parks, parking area and greenery all around. Good security and power backup. Connectivity from main road is bit of a problem but if you have a car that is also not a problem.

It is nice place to stay though it is little inside from nh1 highway which is both good and bad. The society is good but some facilities like gym is not in good conditions. The rooms are good though not that big they are rather small medium in size. Overall the place is good.

Well built gated society. Having 17 towers and all basic amenities like swimming pool, billiards room, community hall, gym, shopping area etc. In it. Far now its the best society among all other projects.

Its been an year since I am living in this society. Its well maintained. I absolutely love this place. The only problem which i face is of conveyance which I hope will soon be resolved.

Its a really nice society. It is on the border of delhi. The flats and rent are not so costly and All the basic amenities are available. But the management should also look into the maintenance of the building.

Ever witnessed confrontation between mill workers and owners. If not, please visit Ansal Sunshine County for that unforgettable experience. Deepest potholes on road and bylanes inside the society. Every now and then there is a war between the residents and the management. Couple of issues are rising maintenance cost, security lapse, electricity and water issues, club facilities etc. Most importantly, the location of the society is deep inside and has no transport facility. If you check Ansal Sunshine property listed on OLX etc, you will be shocked at the huge list. Seems everyone is selling....that is so not cool...people invest hard earned money and always dream of a home at a good location. Is it that hard too see your dreams come true nowadays. I had been an Ansal fan from childhood because my school was in Connaught place and I saw Ansals office daily but its heartbreaking to see how Ansal group has turned out to be. I sincerely think that fulfilling someones wish into reality is the biggest achievement in one life. It should not be about money always. Money matters no doubt but what is the use if you cannot spread happiness. Think about it dear Ansals.
