Purchased vac robot it didnt last 6mos with no regular use. Hoover sent replacement a upgrade from original vac. Needless to say programed worked 2 days perweek then 5th month it stated going of path getting stuck then no more vac. Battery is full I reset nothing works Ive brought hoover vac never experienced vac not lasting at least 1 year. Hoover rep stated the replacement vac is out of warranty. Good luck.Well Hoover will never get a loyal customer to purchase again. I am left out here with a vac that Hoover wont honor . was I sent a rebuilt vac not to last more than 5 months?

Purchased a Hoover hardwood floor cleaner deluxe in 01/2018. It started leaking large puddles from the fresh water tank. Called for the 2 year warranty program. Complete waste of time. Closest place to my location was 25 minutes away. The guy who owns this vacuum zone shop did not care one bit about to have customers or not. Unfriendly. Said I had to call to make an appointment before coming in (which is fine), but I asked since I was there if I could make one and he said the earliest he had was the end of April. One month later.. stuck with a broken vacuum. Left and called the Hoover customer service line again and the lady said the next best thing she could do was give me a woodbridge shop (which is one hour away from my house). Super unfriendly, uncaring service all around. Ridiculous that a warranty is so inconvenient and Hoover is unwilling to work with and compromise to help a customer. It’s not like I’ve had the vacuum for a year and a half.. I’ve had it for 2 months. Ridiculous! This kind of service will drive customers to keep going through the vendor for returns/replacements. LUCKILY, Amazon was willing to help, since HOOVER failed in all aspects of liability for their products... super disappointed

Purchased Elite on 12/27/2016. Caught fire (FLAMES, MELTING PLASTIC) while using in family room on 12/28/2017. Sent new Elite on 01/11/18.on 10/22/2019 CAUGHT ON FIRE, FILLED HOUSE WITH SMOKE, RAN TO PULL CORD FROM SOCKET. WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY ON NEW ELITE.IF U WANT HOUSE TO BURN, BY HOOVER.

Paid over $200.00 for a stick cordless vacuum, lasted less than 9 months. Parts on back order for 3 months.Need to vacuum, bought a Shark, love it.

Terrible customer service especially by one service rep. Have been waiting for our order for about four weeks. Have called 5 times and am about to call again to determine if our order has been shipped. thought I was ordering from the manufacturer but with this terrible service it must not be.
