Total disappointment. This is what the will give as eggs Benedict. Do you really care what you serve to your customers?

I came all the way from California. My cousin has been telling me how great the food was here and she did not lie. The service the food..the entire experience was nice. Great servers..very friendly and helpful

Ive gone twice in 1 week since this place is so awesome!!!! I got the million dollar bacon both times because it was sooo tasty 🤤🤤🤤 Their menu is massive although they do have a lot of dishes...which both times were so hard for me to pick because it all sounds so good! They have your typical breakfast and lunch items and then they have fun craft foods too like quinoa bowls, breakfast tacos, shrimp and grits, smoked salmon on an everything bagel. Its all fresh tasting and beautiful! Let me tell you again how great that bacon was...lol. My husband was also really excited to see iced coffee on the menu and I was excited to see the fresh juices. The service the first time was phenomenal and the second time was ok, but they were really busy so they get a pass 😉 The decor in this place was also super cute... its clean and fresh and it all adds up to a fantastic experience 🤗 Needless to say Ill be back again soon 😂

We have been to several First Watch locations between Cleveland area down to Dayton area. This one in Solon is great. The staff was quick and polite with good customer service provided. They smiled and engaged in conversation with their consumers. The food came out warm with excellently designed portions. The flavors meshed well on each plate. They have some of the best coffee. This is with any First Watch location. I recommend trying some of their seasonal selections like the So-Cal burrito I got and the different fresh juices. Sit back and enjoy a great meal, and feel inspired to design your home. Great atmosphere.

As always, First Watch has the best foods. I usually order the traditional breakfast and it was perfect as usual. We were sat quickly and ordered shortly after. Our beverages were brought promptly but we werent checked on again until our food arrived. (We needed a few refills.) Due to safety the are no salt or pepper shakers on the tables. Our server asked if we would like some and we said yes but never received any. Just a few critiques to an otherwise enjoyable experience. Food was excellent as always.

On 6/17/21 visited this place for the se ond time. My first was bad, thought I would gave it another chance. On this date my Waffle I ordered was cold. The bacon was under cooked. Spoke to the heavy set black male about the cold Waffle he told me that they get cold quickly and walked away. They did correct the under cooked. While checking out the same male attitude was unpleasant. Two bad experiences at this location. I will not be returning again.

I love eating at First Watch. The food is unique and tasty. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and helpful. First Watch has social distancing all figured out.

Maybe I overhyped it in my mind. The food wasnt bad but Ive had breakfast in greasy spoons that was just as good at 1/3 the cost. I had a breakfast burrito bowl. The portion seemed small (I left still slightly hungry) with black beans and coleslaw dominating the dish and the egg was cooked medium in places and over easy in others. The dish was somewhat bland and I added a good bit of hot sauce. It begged for a biscuit or toast to sop the leftover juices. I might give it another chance when in the area again.

Spoon drop.Sometimes you just need to look down at your plate. This is that place. Listen, I come here on my day off, by myself, when it’s the middle of the week, and usually after morning rush around 10 am. And yes their is a reason why...I want to enjoy this. 😊

I have never been to this store before but, it is a large beautiful place to go to. My only problem that I had was the amount of time that it took to get my orders ready for delivery. They saw that I was Door Dash there to pickup 2 orders (after I told them). They told me that they were bagging up all the Door Dash orders but, I was there waiting for them for almost 45 minutes. The bad thing was that they had only 1 of my orders ready and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes before they brought me my 2nd order. I lost a lot of time and money.

Great quality food just wish the biscuits and grave where at least 2 biscuits. Some of the best food. Will come back again!

Horrible customer service. There were plenty of open tables. They werent busy at all. But for whatever reason I was made to wait half an hour to be seated. While I was waiting, friends of the person who was seating showed up and were seated immediately. I questioned this and was told they had a reservation. I walked out.

Took over an hour to receive meal. Spoke to manager. He was aware of the long ticket time in the kitchen. Instead of trying to solve the long ticket time problems he chose to stay at the front of the house to seat patrons.

I have been to First Watch in Solon many times. The service and food has been nothing short of excellent everytime. I am very comfortable with their social distancing protocol. I was supposed to post this months ago. The sister servers Erika and Marisa are amazing. The managers Patrick & Jeff make you feel at home. I love this restaraunt and staff. Customer Service is becoming a lost art but not at the Solon First Watch. Keep up the great work!!!

The food always meets or exceeds my expectations. Ive never once been disappointed in what I got. The service is always fast and friendly.

Tried to order the toast with avocado and 2 eggs through doordash (I HATE DOORDASH!!!!) and I couldnt choose what kind of eggs I wanted. I dont like eggs with runny yolks. No restaurants let you customize your order on doordash anymore. You have to get things made the way you dont want it!!!!Also, everytime Ive gotten the seasoned potatoes they were undercooked. The food is prepared fast but a little more time needs to taken on food preparation to ensure proper textures and flavors.The food overall could be better and tweaked. The taste of the food for what you pay for it are inconsistent. The food could be better for the price. The few times Ive been there Ive always wound up spending $14-$20. With some of the dishes you have to order more food in order to get full.

Food is good. But the older gentleman who greets guest is kinda rude. I placed my order online and arrived well after it’s scheduled completion time. Instead of apologizing for the delay he said “I need all people waiting for door dash and Uber eats to wait outside” I asked if this included customers who placed orders through the website he responded “yes I can’t have you guys taking space away from customers waiting to be seated”. I obviously understood this due to the pandemic but if my food was ready when it said it would be I wouldn’t have had to “take up space”. The first time I visited I thought he was having a bad day but this is the second time I’ve visited and he’s been slightly rude.

I dont know how, but in the past two months this place has gone so dirty. Bathrooms are absolutely filthy. Silverware was filthy. It was really disappointing to see the quality of these things decline so quickly. If the bathrooms are that dirty and thats what the public sees I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

This location has a wonderful bright and open atmosphere. Elevated Egg sandwich is my favorite- it’s a delicious combination of egg, bacon, avocado, cheese and arugula. Comes with home fries- also tasty but heavy. I also enjoy the pancakes. Pricier than some other breakfast spots but food is fresher and atmosphere is cleaner. Good service.

My second time eating there and I will return. I live over an hour away but when Im in the area I enjoy lunch at First Watch. Friendly knowledgeable staff, efficient service and the food is amazingly fresh and tasty. Although I would love to see their hours extended I keep in mind that they close at 2:30 and plan ahead. I enjoy bringing people with me to experience the beautiful atmosphere and amazing food.

I have been to this location a few times and I have always had a good experience. Today I brought my niece and nephew in for the first time and they took such great care of us. We were sat quickly and greeted right away, which is great with two young kids! Our server made sure the kids were taken care of with refills and brought extra crayons when they broke them. A lot of times servers seem annoyed with little kids so it was very nice to go somewhere that treated them great! Great service and food!

This is a nice and clean location. They usually bring a large jug of water so you can freely fill up yourself, as well as a huge Spout of fresh coffee to refill as needed. I usually go with the traditional breakfast. There are good looking dishes and salads, but I think you need to order the right thing for a good pick outside of standard breakfast fare. There are fresh juice drinks which are pretty good, but Ive only tried maybe one of them..sometimes the servers and hosts seem a little disjointed. Its difficult to grade breakfast spots that ARENT greasy spoons or diners in my opinion. Nevertheless, it is a healthier breakfast spot in comparison to a greasy spoon. When I have time to lounge a bit and enjoy a drawn out breakfast or brunch, its a good option. Higher prices than a greasy spoon as well.

Ive been to other First Watch locations and would give 4 stars to those but today when we went to this one in Solon, we had a 1 star experience. We arrived during brunch time so it wasnt busy. We waited close to 10 minutes before our server asked if we wanted coffee and water. Then she didnt bring it and another server finally did. When she took our order she said it was crazy there today, whatever that meant. She handed our order to our assigned server. We got our food and never saw another server again. We had to flag someone down for our check. The food was over-priced being that it wasnt anything special. Very disappointed because my previous visits to a First Watch location were much better.

I have been to many First Watch restaurants throughout Ohio and many times to the one in Solon. Today was such a bad experience for me and my family that we have decided to never go there again. We waited one hour and only had gotten coffee, then finally when our food got to the table it was cold. We had to flag down the server to get syrup then agin to get coffee. Finally, one of the plates had a hair in it. The apology was, “it’s our busiest day and time”. For the cost of the food, definitely not worth the wait and lack of good customer service.

Delicious food, and very healthy choices. I love that they give you a whole pitcher of water at your table so you can refill your own glass at your own convenience. Friendly staff, and comfortable atmosphere.

The reason why it’s a 1 star is because the managers treat employees terrible. Needs better managers that actually care about employees and not themselves. Food tastes great and employees are nice and welcoming. But needs to work on their managers situation. Then maybe it’ll be a 5 star

Exceptional breakfast food! Unbelievably fresh and well-prepared. The menu has depth, its not all bacon and eggs with a side of potatoes. First Watch is breakfast cuisine, Ive found many new breakfast favorites that my description wouldnt do justice. Youll just have to try it for yourself!

I have to write a new review for this restaurant. They deserve a 5 star review. And posting not a wonderful review I was contacted by management and was assured these issues would be corrected. Man were they ever. I have been back quite a few times now and each time food was great spot on and wait time was perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about first watch. Thank you for making the changes I look forward to going to lunch at First Watch. Work in Solon so I go out to lunch several times during the week. We love first watch the food is very good. However something is always wrong with our order. Example honey pecan salad one of our favorites comes with warm dressing, avocado on the salad and a piece of ciabatta bread. Simple enough right. Last four times we have ordered it something is wrong. No avocado, cold dressing, or no bread. The very last time the dressing just was not right. Service is slow not because of the servers because it seems to always be under staffed. The servers are working hard they just need more help in general. Its probably the same with the kitchen staff. We keep trying again but it just takes to long when you are on a lunch hour and have to be back on time to work. Great place but I really dont think it will stay open if major changes are not made. Would love to give this place a 5 star rating but not able to at this point. Please get it together we really do want to keep coming.

My boyfriend and I were in a few weeks ago , we had the best experience with a nice young lady named Erin, the service was incredible , she was intentive, nice, and personable! Will come back for great service like hers again, it’s hard to find these days. Thanks First Watch!

This LOCATION deserves no stars. It was my second time going to this location. The first trip was not great but did not Think much of it at that time. But it was a bad experience again today and truly Disappointing service!! Never coming back to this location. After waiting for 45 minutes, waited again for another 30 minutes on the table and the server never came to check if we needed anything. I asked for whole grain toast instead of English muffin but she did not pay attention. Then the food was served by another server who never got us the syrup. I asked someone else for the syrup but she never came back. Meanwhile our server never showed up even though she was extremely busy chatting with other customers. After my son finished one pancake, I got up from the chair and asked another server for syrup. Who serves pancakes without the syrup??? And then even with reminders, no one cares to bring it in. After we were done eating the junk, finally our original server showed up and asked if we needed anything. Really!!! Now she comes. But Wait!!!! The best part is coming now.While paying, when I wrote on my receipt, disappointing service for table 3, the cashier got upset, did not care, snatched the receipt from me and moved on. She did not even have the courtesy to ask me about my experience or even apologize. It is a big deal that the customer is writing something on the receipt. Since there is no dearth of good breakfast restaurants around Solon, I Will not be coming back to this location EVER!! I would rather cook at home.NEVER GIVING THEM ANY BUSINESS AGAIN.

I love first watch for their unique breakfast offerings. This location can be very busy on the weekends so I check in online before heading up there. Last time we only waited 5 minutes before being seated because of the app. Normal walk in wait time was 20 min or more.

Love other locations but this one is bad. Ordered fresh squeezed orange juice and got bottled. Coffee was bitter. Food was bad and server was rude.Just an overall bad experience. Also, why was the place empty on a Saturday morning? Bad sign. Hoping the new one at Pinecrest will be better. Worth the extra few minutes travel time if it is.Avoid the Solon location.

Had the chia seed-coconut milk pudding with toast and it was a delight to see as well as eat! Texture, color, and taste!

I was new to the area, and it came highly recommended. I was served a leftover mushy waffle. The server had to know; so Ill never go back or recommend it.

I live near this Solon location and eat there at few times a month. Usually the food and service is good and staff is pleasant. However, I cant help but notice on multiple occasions one of the managers Jodi (I think thats her name) mistreating the staff. Its really inappropriate to yell at the staff on the floor furthermore it shouldnt be tolerated to speak to any adult like that at all.

Excellent! Will definitely be going back when in town ... I had The Works omelette with a minor substitution and a side of bacon ... I wasnt able to eat it all ... But I was ultimately satified! AND, our server was the best!

For starters a little on the pricey side for breakfast, the catch is the quality and service warrant pricing. I was served quickly, approached immediately with really good coffee and all servers were pleasant and efficient without giving off a rushed vibe - thanks Marisa. I am a fan of open kitchens, I enjoy being allowed to experience the banter and camradere these folks shared. Will go again; golden yolk eggs, tasty bacon and very fresh tasting ingredients all the way to the arugala and tomatoes.

Usually I love your food but today everything was cold and my waitress never came back after I received my food to check on me. It was very busy but she worked very hard at the table beside me. She could if cared just a little to ask after I found out that it all cold. Very disappointing
