I as a cardiologist who had to be on call daily, request any doctors or general public who are planning to buy Tata vehicle at sterling motors, completely avoid and stay away from this unprofessional sterling motors. They are an embarrassment to the brand of Tata.Very pathetic service by pathetic people of Tata motors. A big zero or minus rating for this sterling motors. Bought Tata Nexon 1 and half months back, and fuel tank outer lid wasnt closing at all .it was opening all the time. At 1 st service, even after telling complaint, it was not corrected and it keeps on reopening and poeple on the way close it on their own and keep telling me. Today it was closed on the way by someone and now at fuel station, it is not opening and tank is empty..so got stuck..called service centre head Mr Buchake and his team. Didnt receive and had to call Tata emergency doctors helpline and he asked me to lodge a complaint.This is nothing but mental harrasment by Sterling motors solapur... Planning to get to consumer court
Horrible experience.They dont have any organized system for servicing appointments. Had to wait hours for 15 minutes of work. Everyone is so careless and non professional feels like a local cheap garage.Appointments are not scheduled, even if they schedule it, the slots are not being followed.THEY DONT VALUE YOUR TIME NEITHER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Today ( I )/my Son have purchased Tata Tiago Car. I dont know how they provide service before sell. But, after taking this car in my hand & driving from showroom to RTO office fuel was finished.On the first day of new car driving we need to push the new car upto petrol pump. Is it a best service? We purchased it by paying Lakhs of ruppies & they provide such a service????? shame on it.On other hand I have purchased my first car Maruti Dzire from Chavan Motors, Barshi. They have given a 5.00 ltrs coupan with a car for our best travel on first day drive.If there is provision of Zero Star, I would like to give a Zero Star to such service. Thanks....

I booked a Tata tiago XZA+ 19th July 2019 and given full price of car on 21st July 2019. Today is 2nd August 2019 till date showroom GM, sales manager and executive giving fake commitments about car delivery. Still not delivered and literature giving another lie commitment about car delivery. If any customer given any maximum amount for car till delivery then they know that now customer is engaged with us. There is no way to customer to revoke, because we given maximum amount to dealer. All these are true liers. I never seen bigger lier like these tata Solapur showroom peoples. Worsted worst service ever i seen. Not referring to anyone to take tata vehicles from Solapur showroom which is on Solapur - Pune road. They literally not picking the calls also. I literally called these peoples 50 times in 15days. Faltu service. No respect for customer also. Hopeless peoples. No manners as how to talk with customer. Only fake commitments from General Manager also. First they learn how to talk with customer. Also learn how to keep commitments. As well as learn how to give communicate with customers. Hopeless commitments.
I have still not recieved a call from these people for a test drive... i have come to them many times but still they dont have a car.. they dont keep commitments... i wish there was a zero star option.. 😡😡😡😡

दि.११ सप्टेंबर २०२१ रोजी शोरूमला मी माझी tata tiago गाडी दाखवण्यासाठी गेलो होतो. त्यांनी सांगितले की आपण जनरल चेकअप आणि dc आणि ac क्लीन करून घेऊत.300+ 700 असे चार्जेस लावले(+18% GST). इथपर्यंत ठीक आहे. पण जेव्हा मी विचारले की आपण Ac/Dc क्लीन म्हणजे काय केले तर त्यांना काही सांगता येईना. बिल करून गाडी बाहेर काढली.तरी पण माझे काही समाधान झाले नाही. मी परत त्यांच्याकडे तगादा लावला की आपण जे 700 रु चार्जेस लावले आहेत त्यात नेमके काय केले तर शेवटी त्यांनी फक्त कुठलेतरी क्रिम आणली आणि तुम्ही बिल भरा मी क्लीन करतो म्हणाले.5मी मी बिल भरून आले तर ok झाले म्हणाले. म्हणजे फक्त आणि फक्त बनवाबनवी.सेवा सुधारा.
खुपचं वाईट सर्विस आहे. गाडी सर्व्हिस साठी बोलवतात व नंतर पुढे खुप गाडी आहेत असे सांगून त्या गाडी मालकास हेलपाटे लावतात.लेबर को ऑपरेटिव्ह नाहीत.
