Though their Service Engineers and Technicians are quite knoweledgeabe and well trained, but their head would recommend you to use Engine Oil of a brand called S K Zic. They recommended this engine oil to me very strongly for my Swift Dzire Diesel. Till now, I have always use Mobil 1 5w40 MGDO Engine Oil for my car. I put my trust in their recommendation and went for SK Zic Engine Oil. Well, it gave refined driving for only first 500 Kms after oil change. Beyond 500 Km, all kinds of noises and vibrations have come which never existed in my car till date. Knowingly they shouldnt have duped a customer to try a worst quality engine oil just for their margins and profits.
