We came into contact on behalf of Telsmart for renting our telephone devices from ATLANCE, NEVER conclude a contract with this company, their specialty is putting people in the pocket up to and including renting devices for prices that will knock you down and in the end they are still not yours and you have already repaid them 20 times !Atlance is a very filthy, fraudulent company with an incredible amount of negative guts!!!

NEVER work with ATLANCE! I receive an invoice of € 287.98 every month. I have not received the December invoice to pay by 01/20/2021. Result: 150 € of expenses !!!!! Shameful!

Customer-unfriendly and no support or service nor response to questions but received monthly for 5 years. Lease Contract versus value of equipment is completely out of proportion, as is the duration of the contract. I do not recommend anyone to take out a lease with them.
