Excellent. Dont expect luxury but nice Rooms. Cleaning also good. When you checkin they do Sanitizing luggage & Room during this CoViD situation. Comfortable beds. 24hrswater . But Hot water come only perticular timing. Tarrif: Non AC:1000, AC1300rs. But you can negotiate with Owner. I got 900rs non AC during CoVid
