Very worst experience, I went to Renault showroom for my Kwid Clutch issue.So at first by mistake they mention that this issue is for all kwid with 800cc model, but after that they started saying that I am not able to drive car properly.They are not focusing on solving issue, but rather saying I dont know how to drive.Very bad experience, dont go there for service.

Renault Vehicles are not bad. If you are planning to buy one, try to contact Pune showroom also. Prices are a little bit higher in Solapur renault.If you are planning to service your renault it wont be big trouble.Overall experience is nice. But it could have been bit more professional and energetic.

Purchased new car, everything is good so far...

No ones knows what their duties are. Check the prices of parts before servicing.Labor charges are too high.. 1400 per servicing (disappointing).Renault need to take care of this.. Else we will have to find an alternative car servicing centers for our cars.Air filters worth rupees 2300 and oil charges are 1000 😒Estimation and actual car servicing billing differences are major.Moreover when I was about you pay the FINAL payment the supervisor came and told us he didnt charged for Air filters and we will have to pay for that too... Which wasnt mentioned in the final bill...poor coordination between all the teams.Check your bill before paying.... They might charge you for the things that Havent done in servicing.Renault!!!!hire professionals.... So that YOU CAN DELIVER WHAT YOU QUOTE.

Worst showroom with worst cars. my friend who owned the kwid he faces the problem. The worst car of india. Dont buy please. Renault cars after sale service is pathetic at showrooms. Again i am saying dont buy the kwid or other Renault cars. Go with Tata or Maruti Suzuki.
