Yesterday I purchased Haier ES -15E1 (Water Heater ) from Suyog digital Solapur. At the time of buying this product, salesman told that we will provide you full installation that means hot water coming from this product. But today installation person came told that we require input and output pipe. Plumbing is not our job. I dont know meaning of full installation. I personally visited showroom today, they told that we are not committed full installation. I am really feel bad service & sales also. Now I dont want this product in my home without installation. I upset about, what committed and what is going to serve customer.Its poor service and sales...Dc note -1253
