We asked Deepali caterers for a small event at home, and given some token amount as advance.Now with CoVid lockdown situation, we have already taken police permission for our event. Deepali caterers is not ready to serve the food. That is okay for us, as everything is uncertain in the CoVid situation.But as Deepali caterers himself cancelled the deal, still they are not ready to give back the token amount which we paid them as advance. I can understand not to return advance if customer cancels the order, but they have cancelled this deal, still not giving back the token amount.As a customer, I just dont want good food, but also professional behaviour and the professional way of communication. Instead the representative not talked in professional way with my father.It is very unprofessional behaviour, I will not recommend to go ahead with Deepali caterers.
