The best place Ive stayed yet Somnath! The place is amazing and I almost cant believe that they actually let people pay such a reasonable price to sleep there!The room size is very good with attached balcony and washroom facilities.The staff members are all friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I didnt visited the hotel ambar, I visited only restaurant of ambar hotel. For a middle or below middle class, its a perfect hotel. I took a lunch here, and it serves gujarati food only, and is damn tasty with multiple sabji and butter milk.Its unlimited in 100 rupees. Services are also fast.

Hotel Amber is really nice place to stay overnight or 2 nights. It is almost 1-2 Km from Somnath Temple. Restaurent is not that much good. Food Quality is also not appreciable. But There is a very good restaurant near by Amber one can have delicious meal at sukh sagar restaurent. Staff of the Hotel is friendly. Rooms are cleans. Prices are reasonable.

I have stayed at Hotel Amber 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. They did not charge any extra fees for early check in. Hotel/washroom was clean and staff is very supportive. Mr. Kanak Singh (Manager) was very cooperative.Below points I would like to highlight.1. Restrurent is the good in the hotel.2. Enough parking space.3. Hot water is available in washroom.4. 600 meters from Somnath Railway station.

Hotel is located main road side and near the temple. Hygiene and cleanliness is good. Hotel staff is cooperative. Dinning and open space in front of hotel are plus points. Hotel charge per day is also reasonable.

Good and comfortable place for stay. Prices are bit high though when you book directly over the counter. They should design a policy for customers based on hourly expense. In that way, they can cater to and attract many backpackers/ solo travellers.

Bed bugs!!!! Stay awayWoke up with rashes in the middle of the night only to find several bed bugs happily crawling under the bed. To add insult to injury, the staff seemed very nonchalant about this when we told them about it. Though other staff members did apologize, the person Manning the desk never ever apologized.The bed and like I were very hard and the furniture was very cheap. The toilet was tiny, very dirty, and didnt have any hot water.Their non AC rooms are just those rooms where the AC is broken!!We also had the grave misfortune of having dinner at their restaurant. Masala chaas was just plain chaas with diced RAW green chillies. I was coughing after the first sip!!!!

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained rooms. Staff is very cooperative and humble. The location is very good and has ample of parking space. Tough it is far from Somnath temple, you get auto from the hotel and even hotel staff can get it arranged for you. Restaurant has nice seating arrangement and the food is also decent.

The Location is good, clean and nice Hotel located in the vicinity of many Hotels on Kodinar-Veeraval Highway, short distance from Railway Station, Somnath. Though internet services were not adequate, staff isOK and courteous, the value for money is delivered through clean mattresses, linen and basic amenities besides adequate parking space. Stress-free transport is available from nearby hotel due to its location. There was not much delay for check- in but check-out was fast.

First thing I liked about this hotel is its location. In walking distance from somnath railway station and near to the famous somnath temple. Also, the service is quite good. Infact I have reached the hotel before the check in time, then too the hotel staff allows me to check in without any extra charges. Interior of room is also good.The only thing​ I disliked is its bathroom. Bathroom was so small and wasnt maintained at all.Rest is good.

Location is good, close to the main temple. Rooms are average. Didnt have a good experience with their restaurant. There was only 1 dish available for breakfast. Though they told us that jain option is available, but the dish they served had garlic in it.

The hotel is about 2 km from somnath temple. Hotel room is sufficiently large with bathroom in good conditions. Fooding is available in reasonable price and good serving. Auto is available all time. Somnath railway station is just behind of the hotel. If any one reached to Somnath station, take a shortcut (stairs followed by short alley) at the right hand side of the front of station.

The hotel was near a very holy place called Somnath Temple of Lord Shiva. The hotel was nice and had 24 hours room service and good facilities. But the restaurant of hotel was not good at all. Good place to stay which provides a large area for parking of vehicles. Bus can be parked too. Though bathrooms are not so good...but ok to stay for a day or two. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Worst experience ever .they charge a bomb with negative value for money .leaking bathrooms..poor design..untidy rooms..rude and noisy staff. They are least bothered about the comfort of the guest. At this budget this one is amazing, I was just looking for 6hrs and booked this as it was cheapest aswell good and clean.

Good hygiene

Non cooperative staff, small compact rooms with very thin mattresses. Old bathroom again very small. Hotel restaurant is not good either. Overall not worth if you are getting the deal more than 1000rs per night.

Just Okay. There is scope for improvement by hotel management for online booking customers. I think they are good sellers offline so who cares. Alternatively they really need to brush upon their hotel management skills.

Hotel is on highway road at corner, not very happening location but very near to Railway Station. Staff is non cooperative and dont value customers. We reached early morning, instead of waiting for few hours they denied to give us early check-in though they had few available rooms after check out and ask us to wait untill 12noon. After too much request, we got an used room to fresh n up for 1hour... reception was counting minutes/ seconds and denied to give towels, later said then I wont give you fresh towels after check-in. We had two rooms books at inflated rates due to weekend or year end holidays (may be), still towels are a big deal for them...Hotel doesnt worth much, I wont stay here ever again. Rooms are small but bathroom is way too tight, accessories are very old, also furniture & TV. They give drinking water jug of municipal water & not RO. Thats all I wanted to share about my experience. I regret of paying ..for 2 non-AC rooms for 1 night stay, these rooms are available at half price after couple of weeks. Thats the real value of those rooms.

Generally courteous . Staff quite courteous and accommodative , allowed us to check in at 7 am though the regular check in time was 12 noon. Rooms were quite clean ut the bathrooms were pretty small. We didnt have any food but only tea and coffee.

I stayed here for one night. The rooms were relly very cleaned. Ample parking space. location is on highway, so easy to reach. Food in the restaurant was tasty but costly. Overall it was nice in this price.

Hotel Ambar is Good, rooms and bathroom are clean, Its about 4.5 km away from somnath temple. It has Resturant also but food in Resturant is not Tasty so Its better to have food at other places if not very urgent and necessary.

Hotel Amber is good for group of people, looking for budget stay. So, do not expect more from this. We booked 2 non-Ac Standard Double Bed rooms for 5 persons and was told, hotel will provide an extra mattress in one of the rooms. But both the rooms were so congested that we had to exchange one of them with a Ac Deluxe Double Bed room. But that Ac was not working (Hotel has not charged for it also). Toilets are not much clean, I must say, specially in the non-Ac room. Hotels own restaurant does not have much options; even well known veg starter Crispy chili baby corn is excluded of its menu card. Food quantity dose not also justify its price. Moreover, it was closed due to Maharam and we had to go outside restaurant for Lunch and Dinner.

A bit expensive hotel to limited services it offered.room is large.parking space is good. Hotel has its own restaurant.it is located on dwarka bypass so bus do stop here if someone plan to go dwarka.

Beware they use to keep scan copy of id proof.One must not allow, they can misuse it.Do not give your scan copy doc to this hotel, it can be misused. BEWARE.There are many better hotels nearby.Very poor quality rooms and bad staffs.

My check-in time was 6AM, i reached hotel by 7AM, manager told me that we allow check-in only by 12 PM as per our hotel rules and regulation, after having a hot conversation with him and showing ticket with check-in time he some how agreed to give me room and later he apologies for all this. About Hotel: Very Good and Clean hotel, service is good, hotel location is very cool, want to stay on same hotel if i visit Somnath again.
