Worst service. Any government bank and staff are good than this bank. They even doesn’t know the process of changing the address.

We use axis bank from past 8-9 yrs and tremendously happy with overall services, specially internet and mobile banking.But here in Vijapur Road Solapur branch itsPathetic service, officials (doubt) are with poor knowledge of banking, cheques, account types and communications itself are very week.Come axis bank need to improve it to keep overall ratings. Add few experienced employees to compensate. Use trainees accordingly under supervision of experienced.
