A unique view of Mamaia, is the tallest building, can serve only bar products.

Poor place. Need more care for the potenziality that could have. Nice view of Mamaia and Constanta specially by night. Drinks affordable but not so good. Could be better!

I would rate it 0 stars. Horrible serving. Waiting time felt like an eternity. To add the music was as loud as in a night club. You could not understand or hear what people next to you are saying. The menu is way too expensive, i think that 20 something lei for a coffee that is cold is too much. And to add, the worst thing were the bugs. They were everywhere even the benches and they werent shy at all as one found the courage to get to my hand... After that my whole experience was kind of ruined.To be honest i really had great expectations for this place. It is a shame because the view is great...

Extremely bad experience . If you come after sunset there is no view except for two tables that can see part of coast. The music is too loud to have a conversation, the cocktails that we ordered (including a basic mojito which had no lime whatsoever) were extremely overpriced , awful (extremely sweet)and took a long time to be served even though the terrace was half empty ( Sunday night) . Felt like drinking pure syrup. The mosquito situation is terrible. There were everywhere. Will not go back or recommend !

We called for a reservation, we were told that no reservations are made during the week, as these are not necessary. We arrived after 30 minutes and there were 3 reserved tables, and all the others on the sea side - busy.Mattresses on dirty sofas.

A bar in height, both literally and figuratively. Located on the roof of the Parc hotel, it has a spectacular view. The prices are high, but justified by the view.

PRO:- view of note 10!VERSUS:- When you buy a beer at almost the cost of a quay you expect a more careful and competent service; I do not think I have been served so abominably somewhere, from two beers one open, the second not (well we are hard on our teeth, right?) and after waiting for 30min for the last order that does not appear we decided to we ask for the note, but without any problems the order appeared at the end, but only the receipt.- Maintenance is desirable. (cleanliness is not the strong point, the tables need a refurbishment)It remains just a star because whatever the view remains a place that I would not recommend to anyone. There are many other places where you can feel much better here.Finally, a place not recommended!

The only advantage of this place is that it has a great view of the area and the sea default, otherwise prices are very high compared to service and ambience which is seen as not invested anything but was maintained. Other locations in the North Mamaia have the same service prices and more beautiful ambience. As for products, they are in very small quantity compared to the asking price !!!!

The view is superb especially in the evening, the sofas are comfortable, indeed, the prices are great but the drinks were great, thank you!

Prices for North Mamaia for 3 slippers.Sofa burnt from cigarettes, with a hoe on them, greasy tables worse than after a club night, etc ..

A beautiful view, probably the only one of its kind in Mamaia. This experience, which was pleasant at the beginning, was full of absolutely exaggerated prices (I have no problem paying more for something of quality but it was not the case here), the presence of all insects (from mosquitoes to to beetles and other flying birds)Big up for the looks but a downer when it comes to quality, comfort and cleanliness.

I dont know how non-stop it is ?! I was on Wednesday around 12:30 and it was closed. I was told it opens at 2 p.m. So ....

Good location. High prices. The waiters are children who have no idea what to do. He spills a drink on you. A competent person should be hired for such a location. At the prices that are practiced I do not think he would not afford.

A perfect location for summer evening outings. Spacious terrace with a wonderful view. Polite staff.👍
