This is one of the pioneer housing societies on Bijapur road. Established as a residential area on or around year 1994, the housing colony comprises of not less than 300 row houses. It has a central park with jogging track and a Ganesh Temple at the South-west corner of the park. The roads within are cement-base roads while roads surrounding the colony are single-lane asphalt roads. The housing colony also has a few commercial outlets such as pharmacy, grocery, barber shops and laundries. Five stars for this best colony Ive lived over.

Very good colony to live in. Schools, Market, National Highway passing near to this colony. Max Lingayat community people are living in this colony. There is a big garden n playground available in the colony.

Its nice and kalm place. All are row houses, very few buildings. Good reachability from city center.
