Writing the review while in Journey.. We started our journey from Latur the bus was scheduled to leave from latur @ 8 pm today. we reached the pickup point by 7.15 pm was told by the customer service that by 07.40 pm the bus will be ready to have the passengers onboard considering that we will rest in the bus we agreed as it was a tiring day for my family members. The bus started the journey sharp @ 8 pm during the journey there was no halt for Dinner till 0027 am while Im writing the review earlier during a half at s pickup point I had spoken to one of the employee he sounded arrogantly that you should have taken something to eat from the boarding point. The statement cant be digested since its a sleeper coach and in case the eatables spill (gravy etc) on the bed its the passenger who has to suffer for the rest of his journey leave aside the damage to the bus operator that has to bear for having it cleaned.We were told that the bus will halt at 2 am - 02.30 am at a particular location . I do understand that bus operators halt only at specific hotels due to their own interests but can operators also put their minds together for the passengers interest, those who have not carried their food/have not had their lunch/dinner while in transit can bus operators give a listening ear while such requests are made, which we did & Akanksha Employees bluntly ignored.The operator need to understand that halting at an unearthly hour is of no use for the passengers as they prefer rest over the food during the early hours also the desired to have food would have already been vanished.Due to the above experience Im giving a single star.Look forward to an improvised service.Best regards

Highly disappointed with my journey from Tuljapur to Pune! Writing this review in the journey itself! Firstly when I asked them to book single sleeper seat for myself to which they told me that they have booked single separate seat. When I arrived at pick up they told me they mistakenly booked my single seat for the next day and now I have to share double seat with a lady, still I agreed! Height was, that lady had her 2 kids with herself and she had booked only single seat for 3 of them! What the hell! I am annoyed and frustrated and cant even have personal space to sleep properly! I paid whole 600 bucks for this??? And youre making me suffer this in such tough times because of which I avoided public transport and chose your travels! I really hate this!

Worst Bus Journey I had. The bus wasnt cleaned, neither pillows were available. And bus was in more horrible condition than that of State red Dabba bus. Jerks and horrible driving. On top of that, After complaining, They were blaming of management issue. I repeat worst journey, will never trust or book this travels. I recommend you the same.

I travelled from Solapur to Aurangabad. The service is good, prompt and on time. The driver was kind enough to stop the bus at toll many times for my mother as shes a diabetic patient. The only issue we faced was the bus promises to provide a water bottle so we didnt purchase any and in the end, they didnt provide water so we were without water the whole night.

Worst experience with Akanksha travels. I have traveled from akanksha many a times but the attitude the staff, management and drivers have is very bad. They do not even switch off lights at night despite telling them several times. I would really never recommend akanksha travels and would prefer not to travel with them in future. Service is not at all worth the price of the ticket.

When I complained to driver he is extremely rude. Continuously talking on phone while driving. Asking me to travel in this condition or else leave the bus in the middle. Worst ever travel experience. We had bus accident on 18 jan 2019 for latur to puneMh 13 cu 5944 sleeper coach journey. The driver was sleepy at 4 in morning resulting in 3 roll over of akansha bus. All the passengers were badly injured and the bus was completely destroyed. Passengers were crying and badly injured. The driver ran away without even thinking of helping us.Nor the owner of Akansha tourism has courtesy to call us even after a week. Please do not travel with this Akansha tourism. The worst

Worst experience.At anytime they will call you and communicate bus was cancelled or you need to travel with another bus. Although you adjust with another bus then also they will drop you somewhere else in city on mumbai ways instead of promised boarding point.so they diserved very worst star whatever it may be.

Its a convenient Travel option to go to Pune from Solapur.The bus is usually on time but on the weekdays, its a bit as they are looking to fill in the Seats before moving.However, offlate these guys just stop the bus at Shivaji Nagar and transfer passengers to other bus which is very unprofessional. The pickup location is different. Its almost 250-300 metre long distance from Natraj hotel.

Worst experience with akanksha Travels Solapur. I had booked ticket from Lohara to Pune in will advance 10 days before the actual journey of Travel. boarding point was Lohara. On the day of journey bus operator called me and told me to come to Tuljapur which is 33 kilometres away from my boarding point.Moreover When I reached Pune I had to travel standing from Swargate to Dange Chowk because the same seat was allocated to different person from Pune to Mumbai.If there are negative stars I would have given that, akanksha doesnt deserve 1 star as well, this is because they provide worst service to their customers.
