The staff is good but they were not able to get me my product even after waiting for 25 days I still dont received what I wanted to purchase. So the whole point is that only purchase from them if what you want to purchase is available in stock with them and if they say give advance and they will make it available,then dont fall for them as at last after a months waiting time they will say sorry sir take your money back we were unable to find the product. If you want to buy any product the place is just on the highway opposite to Tanishq showroom and parking is not available.

I was there to get my laptop repaired. Turns out, the owner himself repairs the laptops and he is so busy in his own work that he doesnt have decency or the time come out and attend the customer. I stood at counter for more than 20 minutes just to talk to the computer guy. So you can understand, how much good their service is.The previous guy Narendra was pretty decent and helpful.Rest of the guys who work there are just mobile phone guys who wont even talk to you with a straight face (forget about the smile)No doubt this is a big shop/showroom of variety of products but the service here is the WORST you can find in Solan.

One of the worst customer experience I had till now, the owner is so arrogant, he wont attend to customers on his own and has kept a bunch of people(who by the way gets changed every few months) to attend to customers . When asked to show laptop models they tell to first fix the model and be ready to buy, no demo what so ever. If I cant get a demo of it and cant have a feel of the real thing then why am I going to an actual store to buy, I could have just ordered it online.All this after they make you wait for around 15-20 minutes. They make it look like its your priveledge to be attended in their shop and you must wait like a lowly citizen to meet the owner who pretends to be a king.Long story short buy online rather then getting humiliated. This is the only shop in Solan who sells PC I think thats why the monopoly and arrogance.

I have bought a hp havilion last to last year worth RS 1 lakh....its out of warranty now....this is not a showroom or authorized service centre of hp....its just a dealer...my laptop broke down and I asked them to repair.....I think they got it repaired from HP support....but they didnt send my laptop anywhere and told me that they have given it to the hp service centre Chandigarh....after 25 days when I again asked they start making excuses and didnt provide me any details about the place they had given my laptop....I take my laptop back from them......Its a advise to all people please dont buy anything from here.....Worst services...Better to go Chandigarh and buy from HP authorized shoroom....Worst place.....
