Food taste is not that great you visit second time... Service is too slow

Service is slow so I would not recommend you to visit if you are in a hurry or hungry. Food quality is ok-ish but there are better options available around the area. I have visited this place a lot since my childhood but the service has declined a lot with time. Would like to see some improvements especially in terms of service.

Service is good. We ordered noodles momos and thupka. Two things was good but thupka is not as per taste .Improve it asap of you want more peoe will come at their.

Been coming here from a long time and never had complained. The food is fantastic and the staff is also friendly

I have visited it 2-3 times and every time the experience has declined. The food is ok but the service is really pathetic. The third and last time I visited I told them that I was in hurry plz tell which dish or food can be delivered at the earliest. They gave me two options and I ordered one out of them. After half an hour I asked when will I get the food. They said its prepared. After full 50 mins they brought the food when I had got late and had stood up and was about to leave it. I left empty stomach but full of anger. Go there if you are free and want to waste time. Otherwise there are lot of other options in solan.

It is fine for a casual visit. I dont like ambience much and the place is congested. And entry is pretty stupid

Ice Spice is good choice for bar & fast food lovers. Ice Spice Bar is good, Honey Cheese is specialty here. I am crazy about honey cheese of Ice Spice.

Pathetic customer service. Please dont go over there.These guys are horrible, they use to make you wait for the food for an hour after that they use to say sorry. i paid them without eating and went to the restaurant Chanakya next to them, they took 5 - 7 minutes to prepare the food and the food is also Delicious. i would like to tell ice spice owner that stop harassing the people.if anyone is going to read the review please never ever visit over there.

Almost a veteran there. Service has slightly gone down over the years. Still a good option in Solan.

Ice Spice is one of the good restaurants in Solan.Its good compared to other Restaurants in Solan. Price is comparatively ok considering the local people.Good place and nice ambience.Enjoy!!
