Very poor service . They tell you to come to office and get your parcel. And then they doesnt pick your call . Doesnt response .Disappointed !!!

Very bad and unprofessional courier service. They received my consignment on 29th of Sept. and even after 7 days, i.e. today on 05 October, there is no response from their side. They did not bother to even call me and there is no response from their customer service phone number. Just call on their customer care and just wait .... wait .... and wait... till no further time. They have never see such a unprofessional company. They are here just to harass their customers.

My online status shows for my courier is successfully delivered but the courier is yet not received by me.. What is this? And where is my courier. .

There courier service is very good but in my opinion it, we should always prefer DTDC as for carrying fragile or to say all types of products it delivers fast and without any damages...
