I was quite surprised to see an exclusive and such a big showroom in place like Solan. Although I have never had a bad experience with them, they once sold a used heat blower to my grandmother. They agreed to replace it but were quite rude during the process and adamant on the fact that they wont accept that its a used appliance since they are accepting the replacement request.
