A huge complex consisting of hotel and private apartments. It is upscale, so everything is expensive by Bulgarian standards. The gym/fitness center is excellent, and very good massage is available at reasonable prices. There is a quality restaurant on the site, as well as salon/ barber. There is even a small Orthodox chapel on site. It is conveniently located on Simeomovo, so the drive to the center is only ten minutes. There is a 24 hour supermarket (Fantastiko) across the street.

Its a facilities complex located in a convenient area near shopping centers and sports facilities.

Let me tell you about Maxi. When I was 5, they were just starting to build it. I was overwhelmed. All my childhood, all the cows and goats and roe deer that jumped there were banished by the evil capitalists. I intended to set fire to everything in protest, but when I saw the happiness in the eyes of potential buyers, I stopped. Maxi has all kinds of houses and complexes that simply kill the fish directly from the water. My ex-cook, who still cooks for me, lives there with her family and every time I go there to eat, I dont believe in the beauty of the beauty there. I recommend.

Very good complex for living, quiet and pleasant place. Across the complex is Fantastico, a large market open 24 hours a day. There is also content for children, only one football and basketball court is missing.
