Long drive to get there, but always something interesting

Although l have to travel quite a distance to shop at the Lincraft, store in Smithfield, l do so because l like their store, Its a pity its the only store in Cairns; but l am sure if they had one around Sheridan or Edmonton that would do well also. Every time l go to this store it has the very things l want and that makes me happy. Today was my lucky day as l got everything half price.

A long time favourite store for my family. The business/place feels a little loose and out of control lately. Items not clearly marked and priced, displays jumbled, regular items out of stock, staff uncomfortable to answer questions (reckon Spotlight doing better here). And the latest Member10 discount process and explanation, when requested, well, it defied business sense and understanding.

I had seen a lot of great reviews which is why I visited the store in Smithfield. Unfortunately they didn’t have the range of product they advertised on their website and the staff member who served me wasn’t helpful at all in my case. Hopefully your experiences are better!
