Really enjoyed my appointment with Jeremy Gibbons. He took the time to answer all my questions and I didnt feel rushed at all. He was very competent and put my mind at ease about how to best help my injuries.

Dr. Gibbons is a great Chiropractor. He listened to me, and was able to gently adjust me to fix the problem. He gave me some stretches that I can do at my work desk, and helped me to not have to come back so much. Unlike some Chiropractors, Dr. Gibbons doesnt try to put you into a maintenance schedule unless you actually need it.

Very nice and professional. After just 2 visits, my back is straighter and my pain has been getting better. I recommend this place to everyone.

I had horrible lower back pain that came on suddenly. They got me in very quickly and were able to help me have no pain in my lower back. They also provided me stretches and other tips if I got those pains again. I feel like I received excellent care here.

Honestly, the best experiences Ive ever had with a Chiropractor have been with Dr Gibbons. He focuses on the immediate area of concern and takes care of it, always providing advice on how to avoid the same pains or problems in the future.

I just started seeing Dr. Crawford recently for back and joint pain and hes amazing! He listens to what Im saying and has relieved so much of my pain. Dr. Hoopes has also done some work on me and hes been amazing as well! I highly recommend Dr. Crawford and Dr. Hoopes!

I have had many chiropractors in my life and Dr. Crawford is one of the best I have encountered. I have been a patient of his since August 2020 and have been so pleased with him and his staff. He really takes the time to make sure that your body will hold the adjustment and depending on the issue and how your body responds modifies the way he adjusts accordingly. Dr Jeremy Gibbons is awesome at working with his patients and is great at manipulating tight muscle gently. He listens to what you are saying and figures out the best way to adjust the spine.

They are always quick to get me in and are friendly! I have some fairly extreme issues and they do a great job working with me.

Dr. Hoopes is a great chiropractor! He takes the time to educate you about the specific issues he is addressing and ways to alleviate discomfort on your own so you can maintain your wellness. He is extremely professional, kind, and he cares. I was able to feel some pain relief after just one visit and that has continued to improve with a couple follow up visits and using the stretching techniques he taught me.

First time going to a chiropractor. I loved it seems to be helping more each time very nice and friendly staff. My body hurts from years of abuse and I would just take ibuprofen to get over it but this is a better feeling and is probably going to help more. The Doctors I seen are very professional and thorough.

I have been seeing Dr. Gibbons for my lower back and I just have to say that he is a miracle worker! He has a very gentle touch and it is always a pain free and relieving experience.Jenny, the massage therapist, is an absolutely amazing masseuse! Ive seen Dr. Gibbons many times over the years. Ive had whiplash twice which left me with shoulder and neck issues as well as headaches. Dr. Gibbons helped to nearly eliminate my headaches and shoulder pain. I recently aggravated my back while cleaning and was able to get in to see Dr. Gibbons quickly when it wasnt getting better at home. The very next day my back was 90% better after seeing him. He has also helped other people in my family and always uses evidenced-based care. I greatly appreciate how professional and efficient he is. The office staff are always so polite and friendly and have always worked their hardest to schedule me in.

Dr. hoops was extremely thorough and really helped me to find some much needed relief from the knots in my back. He took the time to check every aspect of what was affected and wasn’t rushing to the next patient. I’ve been back since that initial appt and found the same level of care again. This is my new go to for chiropractic needs.

Dr. Gibbons is the BEST CHIROPRACTOR I have ever seen. The high level of time and care that he takes during our appointments is a testament to his dedication to bettering people’s lives.He takes the time to warm up my muscles really well before the adjustment through heat, massage and electrodes and even works on them as needed after the adjustment. He is always learning new ways to help his patients as well. The staff is also always friendly and on top of things.During my time in police academy I was oftentimes in such great pain that I could not walk straight and he would fix me. Dr Gibbons was legit the best. He made the whole visit productive while still making it enjoyable. The whole thing is one comfortable conversation and he was able to quickly find my problem, and make me clearly understand my problem so I knew the reason behind everything he did. All and all a grateful experience and I’m super grateful for Dr Gibbons.

Good docs, great service

I had not been a previous patient but was experiencing significant pain. They were so kind to fit me in that day. I met with Dr. Hoopes and I left there feeling 100% better. Have been back since and will continue.

Ive been going to this place for more than 10 years and they have always taken such good care of me and my husband. We tried to find a new chiropractor when we moved away from Smithfield but we couldnt find anyone better so we keep going! Each Dr. Is fantastic and skilled at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Unethical billing practice. I was led to believe that the reasonable payment made at each appointment was all that was expected but come to find out after 4 months of treatments that a balance was accruing in the background with no mention of it to me...not once! After 4 months I received my first statement in the mail that had a reasonable balance to pay. After calling to question the reason of the statement, I was made aware that I owed 7x more than that statement balance.

Dr. Gibbons is they only doc i would see there. But they other 2 drs are good.

Dr. Crawford is the best chiropractor Ive been to in the valley. He has helped me identify root causes of my back and neck pain, and gave me exercises to do that have made a transformative difference. I trust him completely!

Dr. Gibbons not only helped me with my chronic neck and jaw pain, but he also helped almost completely get rid of my lower back pain after my knee surgery! He is an amazing chiropractor and really listens to his patients so you really feel that he cares!

Dr gibbons has been great after a jacked up neck from a car wreck and bad back from hard labor, he has been amazing at getting me back to normal. I like that he asks questions befor adjusting anything . And is always friendly. But most of all he makes me feel better. I would recommend him to anyone that need help feeling better.

I though I would schedule a massage at this place almost two months ago. The first time they cancelled they didnt even bother to contact me. Rescheduled to give them a second chance, and their staff just canceled day-of. At least they called this time I guess. 2 months, no services, many excusses. Seeking more stable office.

I have been seeing Dr. Joshua Hoopes for chronic back pain chiropractic treatment for the past year and a half. I am 73-years-old, and am on Medicare and Medicare supplement. During the past 18 months, I have paid a small monthly fee that has not changed during that year and a half. Additionally, Smithfield Chiropractic offers a discount to their patients of $10.00 after every 5 visits. So, the small fee I do pay gets even smaller with their discount policy. I have never been billed, since I pay the monthly fee in cash when it comes due upon my 5th visit.I have found Dr. Hoopes to be one of the most competent chiropractors I have had during my life time. During my spinal adjustments he answers my questions regarding both the (1) most effective at home exercises I can do to minimize my back pain between visits to his office; and, diet and nutrition for minimizing overall body pain. Most importantly, the entire staff at Smithfield Chiropractic treats each patient as an individual, with understanding of their specific chiropractic pain management and treatment needs.For these reasons, I highly recommend Smithfield Chiropractic as the place to go when you need a chiropractor who will give you the best possible personalized treatment.

Has helped me to relieve back pain.

My wifes back was hurting so she called them and the said it would be around $30. When she got there they told her it would be $90. Then after she saw the doctor the said she can pay $89 without going through the insurance or it would be more if she did. We decided to go through insurance and received and additional bill today for $45. In the end we paid $100 more than what we were told on the phone
