My family and I have had nothing but issues at this store, also many friends of ours.The store manager is rude, nasty , offensive and agreessive when customers ask for a refund or question his work ethic.We paid cash on one of our orders , and when we arrived to pick it up , he tells us we need to pay , we explained we had already paid but unfortunately it was our word against theres. our fault for putting our trust in them and not getting a receipt .This manger through the tires at us and told us to leave 😒 I remained calm and asked for the refund .Tried to go to the owner but he does not do anything about his staff and also has no customer service ,We will never be back to give our business here again and have nothing nice to say about the place

Great service, genuine people. I had a mechanical whilst out riding yesterday. Larry happened to be driving behind me and pulled over to help. Even though it was his day off and he had his wife and son in the car he insisted on driving me back to his shop and instructing his staff to look after me, even though we didnt know each other. Great looking shop and really nice helpful staff. Thanks again.

Ordered a bike was originally told it would take 3weeks.Paid the deposit.Went back 4 weeks later only to be told that bikes take at least a month it should be here next week and they would phone me once it was assembled.2months later no bike and no phone call.The manager said he emailed supplier and bike is in Brisbane should be here next week.2 weeks later(now almost 3momths) no bike,no phone calls.Still waiting for manger of shop to phone me and explain what is happening. I have bought 6 other bikes from varies. Managers of the shop BUT I will never go inthat shop again or recommend anyone to purchase a bike from there

Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were only buying a wall bike storage rack but they couldnt have been more helpful. Plus the bike rack was simpler, cheaper and better than all the others we had viewed online from many websites. Well done Discovery Cycles.

We hired a couple of enduro bikes for riding around the region for 4 days and they were great. The bikes were top of the range, service was friendly and easy and the process was simple. The shop is easily accessible too. I really felt looked after and that we had the right bikes and equipment for our trip. Thanks Discovery Cycles

Very impressive bike shop with a wide range of bicycles and accessories to suit all applications! They have a tidy workshop with very knowledge staff and mechanics. I would always trust getting my bike serviced here as I know it’s in good hands.

The first time I went in there the staff made me feel welcome, were really helpful and informative without being pushy - have been loyal ever since! Have loved the bikes I’ve bought from there and the maintenance by the workshop is always quality. Always a warm welcome atmosphere when you walk into the shop.

Discovery is the most useless bike store in cairns, wouldnt recommend. These airheads have no idea what they are doing, couldnt even replace a valve successfully. They have ripped me off on many occasions and fail to complete the most simple tasks .

E-bike rental.- Bosch motor made climbing steep sections simply a matter of rotating my legs.- Handles like a long travel enduro should on the rough decents around Cairns.- No brake fade, however touchy Shimanos need getting used to.- Before I arrived at the store, suspension was adjusted to my weight and felt good on the trail.- Fat tyres good on the dirt however did blow one on rock and found they dont fold around roots. Even at about 20psi.- All moving parts are kept in immaculate condition and the staff were really keen to make sure I had an enjoyable time.
