There is no transparency. I bought LG refrigerator 3star but there was defect in door, so they agreed to change it but when they sent the new to replace it 2star. When I asked about it, then they were convincing me that all is star rating is only for government. Becarefull with this shop. Now I have to keep 2star LG refrigerator even I have paid it for 3star.
