No accountability... total mismanagement...some employees here are good for nothing... they are just enjoying their regular paychecks into their account and sit idle and dont know a thing when an issue is raised by somebody

They hardly recieve your call. And always keeps the phone engaged. This is not expected.

When necessary ASEB sivasagar HO not received customer call. Now we are trying from 15 mnt but no one response our call (on dated 08.09.2018 at 10.34 pm).
