Devi Dol is situated at the same campus with Siva Dol. The Dol or temple was built in 1733 AD by Ahom queen Ambika Kunwari, the wife of Ahom king Siva Singha. The queen built the Temple to worship goddess Durga (the goddess of power). The temple environment is very pleasant. The information booklet shows the height of the temple is about 10.25 meters and the perimeter is 40.54 meters.

Devi Dol is flanked by Shiva Dol on one side and Vishnu Dol on the other. The temple is 60 feet high and the base has a diameter of 120 feet. The bolisthal is the most sacred part of the temple and is reserved for the puja of Goddess Kali and Durga. A small Shani temple is also nearby and devotees visit this temple in large number on Saturdays.

Sivadol is a group of structures comprising three Hindu temples of Sivadol, Visnudol and Devidol, other shrines, and a museum. These are located on the banks of the Sivasagar (the ocean of the god Shiva) tank, also known as the Borpukhuri tank, in the heart of Sivasagar, in the Indian State of Assam. The tank was constructed between 1731 and 1738 and the temples were built in 1734 by Bar Raja Ambika, queen of Ahom king Swargadeo Siba Singha (1714–1744). The height of the Sivadol (dolmeans temple in Assamese) is 104 feet (32 m) and the perimeter is 195 feet (59 m) at the base. It is crowned with an 8-foot (2.4 m) high golden-dome.

Devidol ((Dol means temple) is the biggest among the three temples of Gaurisagar temple complex. The temple was built with stone and brick, plastering with lime surkhi. Built by Phuleswari Devi, the chief queen of king Siva Singha (1714-44 CE), the temple was consecrated to Devi (goddess Durga). The temple has a fully developed axial plan, including the garbhagriha, antarāla and a mukhamandapa. The antarāla connects garbhagriha with mandapa. Plan of the garbhagriha is of pancharatha order. The temple possesses a nāgara śikhara over the garbhagriha and clustered by four angasikharas in four cardinal directions. There are three low off-set projections on plan which are carried over the body of thesikhara up to the level of the mastaka which consists of a series of āmalakas. The four angaśikharas are also crowned with successive tiers of āmalakas. The bāda is constructed of stone and has three tier horizontal mouldings at the level of the plinth and at the cornice. The exterior walls of the vimāna are decorated with various divine figures. Themandapa is square on plan and covered by do-chālā roof. The temple is surrounded by an ancient enclosure wall. It can claim to be the first brick built temple of the nāgara type of the Ahoms, as the predecessors of Siva Singha did not attempt to build single nāgara type temples and the earlier kings restricted their work only to renovation of medieval stone nāgara temples.Monument InformationApproachNearest Airport: Dibrugarh AirportNearest Railway Station: Amguri Railway StationNearest Bus Station: Gaurisagar Bus StationWeatherSummers: Avg Temperature- 31.8°CWinters : Min Temperature- 9.8°CMonsoon : Avg Rainfall- 2197 mm (85.49)Best Season to visit : October to MarchOpening HoursSunrise - SunsetFacilities available at the monumentSignages (In Braille as well)Toilets for Ladies & GentlemanDrinking water facilityElectricity, Brochure/guide bookGarbage bins, Visitors circulation pathAny Museum attached with the MonumentNot AvailableAccommodation Near the MonumentAssam Tourism More..Circuit House.Ticket ValueNot Tickted
