This Hospital means ONLY commercial and improper management. I have visited for my treatment and only because of good doctor and he works there. I have been in hospital for 4 days for post conservative treatment, PR team is poor in communication and non of the provided Helpline numbers work.Parking facility is horrendous and I appreciate housekeeping and nursing staff for their utmost help.I have observed these nursing staff is overstressed and they are unable maintain proper timings due to too many patients wards, they need to hire enough nursing staff too.Hospital doesnt have financial counseling team if you are admitted with Insurance or no Insurance.There is no transparency with hospitalization charges or treatment charges whatsoever.Even though I insisted for itemized bill for the cost of treatment they simply denied and asked me to pay for the non covered insurance amount and I really felt that was insane.I see that this hospital is like rural hospital and there is no corporate standards in place.I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sunil Dachepalli and his team. The Yashoda Hospital is located in Somajiguda. I have taken my mother for Vaccination last month there.The registration staff and the nursing staff is very cooperative and ensured smooth vaccination.They have given tokens to the people who have registered online for Vaccine. They distributed tokens to those who have come for Vaccination.The hospital has followed all Covid norms.They have not charged service tax for Vaccination, collected only ₹150/-.I suggest all to go there for Vaccination.

The expertise of senior doctors is very good. But junior doctors i dont feel much sound knowledge and unable to bring trust to the patients.I had been here for my treatment, but somehow my personal experience is that I felt being in an business hospital more. Charges I felt on higher side. For three days of observation and treatment, it costed me 100K Rs.Everyone will not have insurance to claim as all are not having job or having no source of income. In such case, it’s hard for such people to get the service from quality doctors. I do agree service of quality is not free, but I felt for three days 100K is very huge.This say that its true to say that “Life is costlier”

I had my Spine surgery yesterday here at Yashoda Hospital somajiguda. which is dated on 08 July 2021 and I am getting discharged Today on 09th July 2021.. I was suffering with the spine related issue L5S1 from 5 long years and it took away my flexibility and I couldnt lead a normal life. 😰After consulting almost 3 Doctors I had similar experience they all told me that I need to get the surgery. After consulting him I got the clarification and the confidence which helped me to took a decision which was very difficult for me to take from past 5 years. Hospital is good, good doctors, neat and clean hospital, but it is very costly, pharmacy does not give any concession on MRP. General ward have many beds with no privacy, beds just separated by partition. No curtains for patients on bed, you may not sleep in day time due to much disturbance in the ward, due to noise and to tubelight around the ward. Food is so so, they dont provide enough fruits in the diet, but allows to buy from outside. Nurses are caring, and doctors are available anytime for patient care. But remember that ,hospital is very costly.

I was at Yashoda Hospital in March 2021 for radiotherapy. I was very professionally handled during investigation and treatment. But what made my stay more memorable was the support given by the never tiring lady called Yasmeen. Always smiling and comforting. Babu helped to get me a very good accommodation at Mercure Hotel. My 3 months stay was very pleasant . I am looking forward for a return trip for re-assessment.
