I was scheduled for manual testing interview on Saturday 3rd August in siruseri. There was multiple openings going on. I have been called after 1/2 an hour I gave my resume to them. First round was technical.Questions :-1. About RTM2. Explain about current company project3. Difference between retesting and regression.4. Defect leakage5. Agile6. Test case for money withdraw from ATM machine7. Key challenges in my carrier8. Self introduction ( first)Conducted only one round for me . interviewer told me that I may get call from HR But Not getting any call. However good interview process.

Its a very good company for freshers. Aspire policy is they hire freshers and they train then and they kill them in the projects. Freshers who are all willing to learn can join here. If you want to enjoy then its not a right company. You can enjoy during training periods but after they will scrutinize you. Average work life balance. They will cry to give good package. If you expect good package then Aspire is not a requirement ght company. Some 3rd rated policies are they are maintaining. Sometime you may feel like youre still in school environment. For experienced professional dont join here. If youre working in small company you want break then you can prefer Aspire. Otherwise dont join here. Typical Indian company.

One star is too much had to put one star to post the review .Poor recruitment practice.recruiter doesnt check the skill before asking them to come for F2F interview .they think office is close so people can walk in.proper screening and telephonic evaluation has he done .Poor Talent Acquisition team not sure in what criteria they are hired.no proper screening .they ask you to come for face to face to one end of the world and say got more people to take interview will call on your feedback .There is no one to check the candidates entry .people wait for so long to be addressed. Recommend people going for interview to have proper telephonic round before vising the venue and advice aspire system to monitor the recruitment process .

They scheduled interview @12 but I waited 2 hours and then they asked 4 questions then ok fine you can leave

This is located at siruchery industrial estate in front part. Its a IT mnc company they use to give opportunity to freshers. By taking more than 2 rounds to select the candidates. But its about a basic skills and good knowledge only. Can reach by bus travel there.

Far, far and far away from the city. Located in a IT Park which looks jungled and deserted. Frequency of transport is very low from this place which makes travelling here an uneasy experience. Office infra is good, I was on a Saturday here and there was no air conditioning in the entire building.

Ambiance is good but ppl working there dont have a basic sense..

Aspire systems is on the left side while u entering in to sipcot. U can get down at entrance and walk for 1km we can see on the roadside only. Its easy to identify also, just 1 company on the left side while entering inside the sipcot

The employees are not friendly and disrespectful especially the way they handle outside vendors is so worst that they are not even ready to listen on what the other person is trying to say.
