Worst experience ever , worst showroom , worst employees , they dont have the manners to talk with the customer

Staff is very good here. Very honest and they will suggest few things u can go ahead with that. most of the time its for own benefit. But need to give bike around 9.30 to 10 am or else service will get delayed.

The worst service center i have ever seen in my life. The employees are just ridiculous with thier third class attitude and their mechanical knowledge . I requested all the Enfield owners, not to go for service here even in your worst condition.Because my bike spur clutch got damaged after servicing here which cost 5000/- Rs.

The worst place for service your enfield.irrisponsible service manager.Keeps bike for somany days without service. Engine oil started leaking after service. Speedometer and main console stopped working in showroom when bike was given for service.No body is ready to take responsibility eventhough it got damaged in showroomBE CAREFUL!!

Its been over a month the vehicle has not yet been resolved ..I own a Interceptor 650, It had a issue with mil indicator , jerking and misfiring. On Dec 11 2020 i gave my bike to the service center and till now i.e 11 January 2021 they could not address the issue properly.. they have no experience regarding the twin engine... Service is not good... Regret every day for the purchase of this bike...

Worst experice from this showroom simply they take the booking and dont deliver at proper time giving lam excuse never try this showroom never ever , even my friend same experice . We will make sure they willl pay for their bad attitude towrds customers !!

They talk to nicely no issue in tat , service is fast agreed. But issue is they cheat, I gave my bike for 3rd free service (2months ago)@6000km nw its 8000 bt from 2days I was facing issue like I engine was behaving wired and was not giving proper pickup. When I checked there is no oil in the engine. Nt even the minimal. So here is the fact they dont allow you to enter the work shop and God knows even they r changing filters, 2.5lit of engine oil is not there in bike. No oil filter changed.

Over all nice experience .. sales executive and other staff members were very cooperative and helpful throughout. They explained all the procedures to be followed while very well. Overall, had a great experience... In future also I expect same services from you people.

First one year gud service after that dey dont even care and not work properly, charge too much for service, sometimes missing genuine parts.

One of the worst show room. I have done the bike servicing there.but issue is increased more than before. Manager dont know how to talk with there customer. As there is no other show room available nearby they talk however they like

Very well behaved staff and service is upto the mark....Previously I owned a Classic 350 later I upgraded to the Standard 500 which is a very beautiful machine. Want to upgrade to 650 segment, if possible please let me get a test ride of the all new Interceptor.

Worst performance.

As the name indicates, the showroom is having royal look ( also the equipments inside it).. Nice environment with friendly nature of Sales Department motivates us to visit this place again and again.. The type of guys explaining and clearing doubts is awesome and so finally we bought one Royal for Royal Soraba..

As my own experience, when I was visited for service, sales team guy personally treated me very well, as well as within a half-day, they have finished the vehicle service and its was a very good an experience with them and very well satisfied after the service.

I bought my Himalayan Sleet from Maruthi Motors. Due to longer waiting period in Banglore I booked my vehicle here and got it delivered in a weeks time. They really have a responsive sales team and follow PDI.4 STARS as I have not experienced their service section yet.

Good showroom, but Worst service.Dont fall for the coloured words of the owner of the Showroom.Ols be aware before choosing any Insurance with the showroom there is a big scam going on and you will end up with paying 3 times the actual price so my request is be careful, Dont fall for insurance scam. If he asks you to take the insurance for gods do not opt for any add ons. They are the worst take it for only one year and i repeat do not opt for add ons.And once your bike is delivered and amount is paid forget about the service with the Front desk. They dont care for any customer related service.And i repeat pls dont be a victim of insurance scam and dont fal for the colorful words of the owner. He is a con man for sure.Thank you.
