Bamanvadji tirth is located near sirohi rajasthan.This temple is one of the oldest jain temple in history of Jainism, here bhagwan mahavir sufferd the pain of nails being pushed into his ears.A mini sammed shikharji recreated here on mountains & that is very beautiful and satisfying.This temple brings a lot of peace of mind.

This is ancient Derasar. Is a must visit place in Rajasthan. Derasar is awesomely made with carvings & beautiful design. One of it is same & gives feeling of Sametshikhar. Every floor has different Tithankars. Do visit all floors, as view from every floor is really gorgeous. Take blessings of foot of lord Mahaveera below the Derasar with circular steps on single mountain.

Ancient times paduka of lord mahaveer swami, upasarg mandir , navgrah mandir are very divine. Bhojanshala and dharmshala facilities available.

Bamanvad Ji temple is dedicated to Lord Mahavir 24th Tirthankar of Jains. The temple is said to be built by Nandi Vardhan, brother of Lord Mahavir. According to Jain Literature Lord Mahavir in his 37th religious voyage (Chaturmas) came to this area, so the places riveted with his name are seen in this district like Viroli (Vir Kulika), Vir Vada (Vir Vatak), Undra (Upnand), Nandiya (Nandi Vardhan) and Sani Village (Shanamani - A modern Pologround of Abu) . Episode of Karn Kilan i.e. nails were hammered into ears of the Mahavir Swami here at Bamanvada and kheer was cooked at Sani village. The biting of Chandkaushik snake occurred at Nandiya, and the scene is depicted by carving on the granite rock.

Story says nails were inserted in ears of Mahavir at this place by shepherds and due to his scream, crack was developed in the hill.Besides Mahavir Swami Derasar, it has Nav- grah temple too.It also has on hill replica of Samet Shikharji too is present.Tirth conatins old and new Dharmashal for staying and also Bhojanshala too.
