Took my grandpuppy and she loved it. She picked out a new toy.

I have been there twice. Both times I had my new puppy fitted with a harness.Both times she was able to walk right out of it. I Hate going back to stores with a return.

Awesome customer service!!!! They had everything I needed to upgrade to a 29 gallon fish tank from a 10 gallon, they had large 25 lbs. bags of gravel, the suction cleaner, the decorations I liked, the background paper and a pump and aerator. And they got the tank and stand down for me and placed it on a flat bed and loaded it in my car. Prices were great.

Took my dogs into the groomer and they did a great job

Update: The previous review I wrote was in haste. After having a Necropsy done on our beloved Dakota. We were unable to find an exact cause of death. This being known now and passed along to Petsmart. I do thank and appreciate Petsmart for all they have done to help us through this.Pet Parents Beware! We took our 5 year old Siberian Husky in for a grooming. He was his normal self before we took him in. Not even an hour after picking him up we saw he couldn’t breath and was on the floor not moving, we rushed like maniacs to the Vet Hospital! He was dead when we got to the Hospital! I have no idea what happened yet, but we are gonna find out!

Kinda pricey but still great

They didnt have much in the way of new fish. I was very disappointed and the girl who waited on me had this whole I hate my job vibe. Not very friendly. However I was able to find the supplies I needed even though they were a little over priced.

Got my kiddo a hamster here he named Ms. Wizzle. Didnt think she would be as sweet as she is. We already got her a second cage 🤣 she is a winter white hamster I believe and the lady working said she might not be too handleable as the males are typically more friendly. Shes totally chill. We love her.

My little dog was groomed. Hannah did an awesome job. TT looked great. Signed up on line and they got her done the next day. Kudos to petsmart. Im very happy.

They take care of my dog as if he were their own. He loves his treats.

Very pet friendly. I brought my dog in with me and everyone was happy to see him. They even have clean up stations if you dog has an accident so you can quickly get it cleaned up. At check out they asked if they could give my dog a treat.

Great place, rad staff, only 4 stars cause they are a mega corporation and those tend to suck the life out of small local businesses and that isnt cool.

Great grooming department, did an excellent job on our short-haired mix. They asked about the desired length and everything before proceeding, which we appreciated. It took about 2 hours for the grooming appointment, but that is normal in my experience. Store appears well stocked, clean, and employees friendly and helpful. Will come again soon.

Much prefer the Dawley Farm location, but this one is clean and well organized, just a bit of a pain to get in and out of.

We bought a harness for our dog at a PetSmart in a different state while on a road trip. They exchanged it no questions asked.

I shop here for my dog and have also utilized their grooming services. They always do a nail trim and they know how to style Cairn Terriers (shaved on top but leave the sides long). When theyre done they put a bow on the dog so they look super fancy and handsome when you come to pick them up. Its cute they have a sign welcoming all the dogs getting groomed that day even though I think this is more for the owner because my dog cant read very well

Service was above and beyond. We called ahead of time to get our dog groomed and it all work out perfectly. Mask are required and plenty of hand sanitizer stations in the store.

I’d give them a 5 star if only PETSMART would acknowledge Australian Kelpie as a breed. AKC and Petco do. It’s disappointing ti check in for grooming only to have mu mixed Kelpie showing as everything else under the sun.My fog showed no signs of fear or distress un my leaving her or upon picking her up after her grooming. I place a lot of trust an any animals instincts.

I found what I needed for my dog quickly and for a surprisingly low price, yet the harness seems to be of high quality. durable and looks great!

I liked the fact that they have a good variety of pet food and they let you bring your pets in , only complaint is some customer service could be improved on and the prices of some stuff.

Store manager has a bad attitude, twice in store and he was gruff and while seemingly polite seems to be overwhelmed and annoyed and fake in his customer service. Would be normal at another pet store, but by the standards of most petsmarts, this guy has some kind of issue going on at the moment, and makes for an unnecessarily aggressive experience for no reason. Gives a weird vibe

Love how they treat our dog. Exceptional service and very professional.

The first time I took my doodle to get her haircut they did a really great job. This second time was awful. The person checking her in said her hair would be short, I come to pick her up and she is completely shaved. I am so happy to say that I will be taking my dog somewhere else now. :) everything else with PetSmart is great. Their grooming department needs better communication.

It is the only place locally I could find the pet food my cat eats.

Overall PetSmart is a good place to get food and treats. Generally they have competitive prices and they supposedly price match. When I told them I could get a lower price at Fleet Farm, they werent sure they price match it and didnt offer it to check into it. I get why not Amazon and Chewy but doesnt make sense at competitor with a local physical store.

One negative star. Do not buy a chameleon there they are not taken care of at all totally wrong habitat no dripper no hanging plants for them to climb on and they have a bowl of water which they will never drink from look at the pictures they are not healthy at all

Was disappointed this visit. This was my choice of location but not any more. I returned an unopened bag of dog food WITH receipt and bought a lower priced item. Original purchase was made with credit card and we ended up having monies owed to us. I had to produce card that was used to make original purchase to get refunded. Had cashier scanned receipt, my card number would have automatically been refunded. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO SW8PE MY CARD

Nobody came to assist us at all and we were there for an hour. Couldnt find any workers.

Pets mart always has clean stores, great variety and the added fun of shopping with your pet! Even if you are an animal lover currently without an animal, they provide a great pick me up. You can check the great selection of fish, tanks and decor. They have cats available for adoption through a local rescue and grooming for your dog.They have small creatures that range from basic hamsters and gerbils to the more exotic like snakes, salamanders and lizards!If they dont have what youre seeking, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable enough to make a suggestion where you may find it or order it directly to the store or your home!

The ladies were so sweet to my Hank! He had been chewing his nails and they kept him happy, calm, and pain free.

Clean store, friendly staff, wide variety of foods and toys for dogs, little disappointed in the toy variety for cats and smaller pets.

Sioux falls west store. Do not do training here. Got through some of the classes then the trainer got sick. The classes were never rescheduled. I went to the store and left my phone number, i called. Nothing no response. Go someplace else for training because clearly this store doesnt follow through and leaves you high and dry.

I bought two fan tail gold fish.

Sad. Cats in very tiny display cages waiting for adoption inside store. Cruel!! Shame on you! Will never shop here again.

It is an ok place for pet supplies.They do not carry feline specific carries, only small canine carriers.

Educated staff in the aquarium section, pricing was a little off as things rang up wrong but management was quick to address and resolve the situation. The fish my fiance an I purchased was healthy and we extremely glad we were able to find the species we were looking for. Its pretty cool and the variety of fish they have there is exceptional for a retail store.

They have a lot of different stuff it take a lot of looking they have so much but ldont minded.

The lady that cut my cats hair was very good.. my cat loved her too

Ahhh, Petsmart, what can I say thatll express my love of this company? As always everything is neat, placed in aisles with large guiding words so all know where to go to get supplies for their pets. The animals in the store are well taken care of and the pet clothing is the cutest of anywhere Ive shopped.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store was well stocked and they had a lot of good deals going on with competitive pricing for the area. PetSmart will also match Chewy.com (also owned by PetSmart), PetSmart.com, Amazon, and probably many others too.Their website and app have also had a major facelift from the years prior and it makes for very easy and quick shopping too.

Went to the store to grab a few things and it was 15 mins prior to closing time and three different employees that I asked were more concerned about getting off work at 9 then they were helping me, I asked one lady where something was she directed me to the shelf I continued to tell her I looked and didnt see what my wife had found online (that also stated there was so many in-stock) trying to show her a picture of the product from my phone she said if its not on the shelf we dont have it. So I grabbed my other things went to the check out and asked the lady at checkout if she could look something up for me that my wife wanted me to get and that I have the item number and picture from online that said so many in-stock, she looked at me and said I cant look that up on my computer I have to get a manager over here to look it up, I said ok thats fine. She told me inventory is off online so we dont have it didnt call her manager or try and find what I was looking for. Oh and the third person just ignored me and walked away when I said hey bud Im looking for something he looked up at me stood up and walked the other way. Not impressed at all if thats how they run the store or have employees all think the same, I wont go back and I wont recommend them to anyone

PetSmart has a good selection of items for all my pets. I feed my dogs Simply Nourish and they love it. I also get food for my turtle there. The only drawback is the prices can be a bit high, but I watch for sales and stock up when prices are lower. I really like the convenient of buy online and pick up in store, which I do often.
