I had the best after sales experience with playhao few weeks back! I bought the Nailmatic set online, however the set I received was not what I was expecting, I emailed and called the store, and Angie just couldnt handle it more better.She was very patient with me, and understood the frustration I had among receiving the wrong colours while my girl has been so excited to try them on. She called a several times, to check with the warehouses etc and making sure I was updated. Although I couldnt get the colours I originally bought, Angie made an offer for us to choose the available colours in stores and was generous enough to give the extra colours for free. And the customer service didnt stopped there. When I received the additional colours they were nicely packed with gift wraps. Thank you Angie once again, because of you, your store deserves a 5 stars :)

Durable and high quality toys for both boys and girls. The prices of the toys are quite expensive though. They have a lot of toys to choose from. But it is better not to bring your child here if you are on a tight budget.

High quality toys and friendly staff who are eager to help. However, the prices are steep. I came in with a budget of $100 but was shocked when I couldnt even get a 24 piece block set with that budget. Ouch. Definitely not the kind of shop you want to go if you are someone looking for good value.
