A moderate crowd for dinner on a Thursday evening. Service staff were kept busy throughout the night with commendable service and friendliness.Ingredients were fresh and food servings were prompt. I would recommend the Tom Yum and Double Treasure soup base albeit a slightly higher msg level.The dipping sauces never disappoints and provides a brief reminiscence of a certain hotpot chain in Thailand.

Consistent quality. Regular buffet has a good range of items. Get Chope deals for 20% discount. However, if you want an additional soup base, plus unlimited drinks and ice-cream, each person needs to top up $8++.Drinks are ok. Theres only coconut ice-cream to choose from.

Will never patronize again. Personnels talk loudly and kept commenting on customers eating ways. As though I am eating in a market. Most suitable for elders as they would blend in with the culture of the restaurant. A distasteful place to dine at.

Food was not bad, took the chope deal so it was a pre selected set.The noodles were somewhat clumpy so i would avoid that if i had to come again.The mala soup was decent but if you left it for too long it would burn… and it smelt burntBut overall a good experience! The meat provided was good

It was a very unpleasant meal, will not visit again. Most of the staff were rude throughout the whole dining experience. The staff snapped at us to wait when we requested for service e.g. topping up of soup. Moreover, plenty of add-ons to complete the buffet experience...abit of a scam. I also saw one of the staff taking off his mask and talking to another staff.

The place is cosy and nice. 1 Indian server is nice and polite, the rest of the servers cmi. I stand outside but no one attended to me till about 5 min. I waved my hands for refill of water, the auntys server saw and pretended didnt see. Upon footing the bill, I told them I am using the vouchers, the server give a different look. Service was bad except for the kind only indian guy

Im not a fan of hotpots but this place might have changed that. Soup was tasty and the service here is great. A bit pricy but Ill definitely visit again. Wait time was about 5-10 minutes during lunch time. Not bad.

There was a small misunderstanding amongst us and the service wrt the soup for a party of 5. We took the buffet. The ordering for the buffet was a bit complicated in their ipad. The food is fresh. However, the tom yum soup was very salty. We felt very very thirsty after eating. The chicken soup was alright. The service was quite good though.

My husband and I were always curious about this restaurant and decided to be adventurous with a Thai inspired hotpot. Alex, the manager, was very gracious- he seated us right away and when we mentioned it was our first time, he explained everything about their concept and layout, as well as the menus and options available.The service was amazing and the lobster buffet was great! Everything was tasty, the fish balls were the best texture I’ve had in Singapore so far, and I loved the fish glue as well as the stuffed meat balls. We will definitely be going back! It is our first time dining at Coca and the experience is simply awesome. Service is really good. Service staff is very attentive and responsive. Food is also very fresh especially the prawns. We love the prawn paste too. Everything is ok except suddenly we are being told your time is up and handed us the bill in a not very tactful way and cold tone. We need to rush to finish up the food in the end. Need to be mindful with the time since there is a time limit and it is actually not cheap to dine there.

Despite offering an ala carte option, buffet was definitely more value for money because the ala carte menu was very restricted.We got the tom yum broth as a base, it was simple and slightly on the sweet side. There was a good variety of dishes, but they felt quite basic and quality wasnt refine.I dont think Ill be back to satisfy my hotpot craving. For the same price, I can get much better quality elsewhere; for the same quality, I wont be paying as much in other hotpot places.If you find yourself here for some reason, and are a miles collector, they accept Kris+ :)

Fresh food and authentic taste. Great soup selections, made likely from scratch without processed ingredients. A bit pricey but worth paying for. Check out their signature Chinese wine chicken broth.

Formerly known as Coca Suki, but now just COCA. Not sure what qualifies this place as a Thai hot pot spot. Most of the items available were basic and no different from any other hot pot place. We went with a hybrid of soup bases: mala and Chinese herbal chicken. Buffet pricing is up there and the options were a bit scarce for the cost. They also had a premium buffet option with some seafood, but again it didn’t seem to be a deal. We went a la carte which was the best option for us as we didn’t want to eat that much. The dipping sauce bar was good and had a decent amount of items to build the sauce to your personal liking. And a bib was provided which I appreciated. However, the hot pot on the bib did not match the experience...😂

One thing that was disappointing about this place was the lack of dipping sauces which for me is a key component of hotpot. Was given a sweet chilli sauce which was not very good and they do not have the usual sesame sauce etc The ingredients included in the lunch buffet are also not very expansive and many items on the menu are off limits.The soup bases were very good though! We had the chicken and tom yam soup base.

Love the Tom yum base and food is delicious. Pricy compared to some other hot pot places, but affordable if compared to Hai Di Lao.

Love their food and sauces! Especially for their wagyu beef. I cant really remember what beef I ordered but it tasted like wagyu beef because its thin and soft...and easily chew too.Miss going there for dinner. Definitely will visit again when I have the time!

One of the better places to eat Thai style steam boat. This is a branch of the original Coca restaurant chain from Bangkok, so the food quality is quite authentic. The chili sauce is what makes the taste unique (aka MSG galore). If you are a big eater, go for the buffet. Quite worth it although the prices are a bit higher than the other typical Thai Mookata places.

Reasonably price steamboat in 2 types of broth (chicken herbal and Tom yum). You may choose to go for the normal or premium buffet sets. Fresh ingredients and tasty broth. Do add on for the delicious gula melaka Ice cream to complete your meal.

Very fresh ingredients and delicious cooked food, soup is heaven, I was told that they only use natural ingredients to prepare the soup for hours. Professional helpful staffs always ready to help you, price very reasonable, enviroment is very good. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciate great food, have to book early.

Food is good, portion is small so you can order more variety. The food is extremely expensive so be cautious when ordering. I like the beancurd skin, beef ball and tofu. Service is very slow and not attentive.We booked the 1.30pm slot and arrived early so we asked to be seated first since the the restuarant was empty. They said we must have 2/3 guest arrival otherwise we have to wait outside. Please see picture below how empty the restaurant is and they insist we must wait.I will never come back to this place again.

Booked an available slot online at 930. It was stated as available so we booked. Received a phone call shortly after by a very rude person accusing us of being inconsiderate as he was sure we could not finish our meals before 1030. Told us he would cancel our online booking. Told us not to come and join the queue as well as they were full. Have been a customer for more than 15 years. Never going back. Maybe you guys should remove your online booking options

Food is good, staff is courteous and they pays attention. Took away a star because I made a reservation at 8 pm and got a table at around 8.30 pm. We were even required to be there 15 mins before our reservation time.

Service was very very good and the managers and serving staff all made small talk with us and treated customers lile their friends. Food serving was good for 2 people so we would not waste food. Food was also very nice esp the prawns. They were so fresh! In the end, we had to skip the dessert cos we were so full!!

Enjoyed the soup more than the food. I have to commend the prawns were Super fresh. The rest were just ok. Pricing could still be slightly cheaper for the type of ingredients offered for buffet.Service good and food are fresh and good too. Very satisfied. We took the traditional chicken soap base and food are fast and fresh. So far friends that I brought likes the steamboat very much. Simple, relax and find it at home.

This is my first time here, and I would say that my first impression of the restaurant is very good.The service was amazing. The staff was prompt at refilling your drinks and the soup, and they were attentive to you.The food was not too shabby. The beef was really good (for the price you are paying). Although the spread for the lunch buffet wasnt as elaborate as the dinner, this was definitely a satisfying meal.One last thing, the sauce. The sauce was delicious. It adds flavour to the food.Although I cant give a comprehensive review, this is a good place to dine if you are keen for hotpot / steamboat.

Portioning was so inconsistent.... ordered similar portions (~25 orders) of beef for 3 rounds. 1st round: about 30 pieces, 2nd round: 10 pieces, 3rd round during last order: >100 pieces...... r u kidding me? felt that i was being treated like a joke and disrespected. the last portion of meat was the grossest meat i’ve ever eaten. beef was tough and hard to chew.

Coca is a fantastic place for a family meal. I especially love their sauce station, where you can make your own dip for your steamboat.

This place is a buffet style steam boat restaurant. Food is good , in fact very good , fresh sea food , good service value for money although its a little pricey, but worth every cent.Environment is a little noisy but to me its ok. Going there for the food , many many different kinds of sauces to suit different palate.

Overall experience was impressive. I would have given them 5 stars review if only the air is cooler. 11 of us dined in an opened air vip room was kind of warm. I would like to take this opportunity to make a special compliment for Syndy. She is spontaneously helpful with always a big smile on her face. She knows what to recommend and what weve missed. All of us love her to the moon and back. Attention to COCA management: Syndy easily slay a captain position!

Coca has been here for around 30 years! They have improved, theres a self service sauce station and you order using an tablet. Go for the lunch time buffet as it is more value for money. Take note that the portions are small if you decide to order ala carte. I like the fish glu which is unique and the prawn paste the best.

Good food, been around for ages and still a family favourite. This is a Thai- style hot pot, so soup are either chicken stock or tom yam. Generous servings of vegetables, fish glue is a must also.

They have downsized to a smaller unit nearby. However, the food is still good especially the chilli. It is heavenly. Do not be shy to ask them to refill it for you, even for several times.

I like the sliced beef & fish. Tang O is the best vege go with the hot pot. Things here are all fresh. Suggest to make a reservation here during the weekend.
