Food is good & fresh. Prawns herbal soup is thick. My friends and I liked it much. Just not satisfied with the crispy garlic chicken as it feels like we got cheated.. its filled with fish paste with abit of chicken meat within. Vege is alittle over cooked but overall experience is still good. Many tables ordered their curry fish head. Will be back to try out!

Good zichar place to eat. Not fantastic but they are reasonably priced. Can also call to reserve or call for takeaway collection.

Its located opposite Sembawang shopping centre, we drove to the location but there are buses that stops nearby too. The food came fast and was affordably priced.Overall Ill give it a 6/10 , we got the• Assam fish head( not good, fish was dry and texture was bad ) ||• Salted egg sotong( not crispy, sotong texture is not consistent but the taste is okay ) ||• Sweet and sour pork( its okay ) ||• Sambal sweet potato leaf( not bad ) ||• Kang Kong( not bad ) ||• Tofu Hotplate( not what I expected, sauce was weird and its a mixture of diff types of tofu ) ||Not sure if Ill be back again

This unassuming restaurant always seem to have a good crowd, especially on weekends. Decided to give it a try and was not disappointed! Good variety of food choices and surprisingly good service. The food was good too—some dishes were better than others (not quite a fan of their curry fish head), but overall still quite good. However, best part about this tze char place is their prices. I would consider prices there very reasonable for a tze char restaurant these days.

Nice place for dinner or late supper with wide variety of seafood and poultry cuisine to choose from. Spend $23.5, for Fried rice, Fu Yang Omelette and Salted egg chicken. Taste wise not that fantastic, but still enough to make a craving. Overall, good value for money if you are not too particular about the taste.

Zhee Char very nice . We love to having our dinner with this restaurant from last old place, till them move to here.

This place has 2 seafood eating outlet housed in 1 single block with each outlet at the corner of the building. Service is good. Order fish head curry but a bit pricey for a small half fish head but it taste good with a lot of vege. Stir fried 4season beans taste mediocre.

Been here a few times, food generally taste good. But this sweet and sour pork rice i had today had shockingly small portion! O_O $5 for this. I counted 9 tiny pieces of pork. Disappointed.

Ordered steam fish and vege. Turn out fish has strong freezer smell and they charge $60. Not worth it for a small fish. No wonder no crowd.

Got promotion of $30.00 for 3 dish + 1 fried rice. Fried rice and fish is superb the other chicken and yutiao so so.portion consider little for 4. Add another vegetable and pork ribs plus additional plate of fried rice. Total cost only $56.00. Worth to eat

Second visit. Fast serving time and reasonably priced zhu char. Taste good but Prawns weren’t fresh.

Staff are always helpful when bringing senior on wheelchair to the restaurant. Fish head curry has a lot of vegetables. Importantly there is a satay stall that opens on weekends.

This is the place to go for good food. It has the nostalgic feeling of the good old kampong days! The food is priced reasonably and our family goes there quite often. They even memorize our orders!!! You should try the prawn paste fried chicken, the marmite pork ribs is a must to name a few.

The food is nice / price reasonably

Tried the curry fish head which cost $22, there is only one size. Good enough for 2 people at most, taste is pretty average, nothing to bring me back about it. Also ordered the classic sambal Kang kong which cost $10，a fail safe dish which most people order, average as well. Lastly is a hot plate beancurb, they uses the square tofus instead of the eggy rounded tofu, have 2 prawns inside it, cost $10. Rice is pretty decent, they rice goes well with the curry.

Cosy little coffeeshop in the corner of a less travelled road. Food here is cheap n tasty. Some dishes can be customised to our preference if it isnt already on the menu. The staff there are all very friendly n sociable.
