They are having 50% discount for takeaway orders now. Decided to try for dinner. Overall, the food was nice. What stood out the most was the tandoori gobi. Smokey flavour and charred on the edges. It was well cooked with the right texture and it was very juicy. Prices without the promo might be slightly on the higher end.

Curry is something which my family will always eat with relish and Salaam Bombay constantly fulfill the satisfaction, be it appetizers, curry or biryani which we have tried more than half in their menu. Always finger-licking good until nothing is left on plate😆 Its a pity that the restaurant no longer accepts credit card payment.

Mediocre food with excessive amount of food colouring and MSG.We visited this place during the peak hours and ordered a platter, biryani, garlic naan, mango lassi, mancho soup and papdi chaat. Well, the mango lassi was made beforehand and tasted very sweet. The papdi chaat was cold and stale. I am extremely disappointed in how they seasoned it. There was no salt, pepper or masala. I must say it was the worst papdi chaat I had ever eaten.The staff is really kind. They assist you at all times.Other than that, the dal makhani and garlic naan was pretty delicous. They also gave a 50 percent discount for your next purchase. But the panner platter was bathed in food colouring and MSG. It was bright to look at. I felt really thirsty after having the food over here.Overall, a mediocre restaurant.

Both the Chicken Tikka Masala and Mutton Korma were tender and intensely flavourful, served piping hot in a one-person-sized copper bowl. The best part is: they had the option of the spiciness of the food. I asked for non-spicy, and they delivered!! Enjoyed the complimentary parpadum, and enjoyed the tangy mango lasso. Very worth to go now as they are having all day 50% off! You can book on eatigo. Four of us walked out stuffed and wonderfully satisfied. We ate everything in the pictures, plus some more that we ate before the photo taking, for about $70. We even gave a $10 tip for the attentive service.

Love their mutton rogan josh! Wide vegatarian selection too. Staff are easy going and approachable. Pair the meal with wine and you get a great dinner night out.

Nice place for a quick gathering lunch and satisfying India cuisine cravings. The fish curry was awesome, fresh & flavourful goes very well with the naan (flat bread). Peas curry was above average, while chicken curry could be improved on the flavour. Tandoori mutton was too tough, below average and Masala tea was average.Good size dining area, spacious with interesting decorations. Flatten beer & wine bottles can be seen hanging on the pillars. Servers were attentive and topped up the water without being asked.I would go back for the fish curry & naan anytime.

The food here is well-flavoured, good portion size and delicious. The kebab platter was really good and so was the chicken biryani (which is the masala based and not the dry kind). The staff is very helpful and their service is excellent. It’s easy to find discount either directly or via Eatigo to justify the prices. Probably best to go at peak hours and avoid the early hours as some items may not be freshly prepared. Overall it’s good!Second visit was all vegetarian food and still amazing experience after a month.

We were craving for Pav Bhaji and searched on goolge for nearby restaurants and this came up. Unfortunately when we went there, we cane to know they dont serve it anymore. Although Pav bhaji is still there in there menu 😁. So we had to settle for something else and tried chaat and some Indo chinese dish. Chaat was surprisingly good so was the starters. We also had chole bature and it was tasty too. This restaurant is not tied up with deliveroo so u wont find it there. Service was good and quick. To our surprise, restaurant had more chinese customers than indians 😅 They serve alcohol as well.

The food is extremely expensive, even with the 50% off from eatigo. Even if we consider it an expensive restaurant, the portion is extremely small. If you are willing to spend, you will definitely be better off going to Raffles hotel - you will get good food, quantity, ambience and service at this the cost, while here, you will just get the food.While I acknowledge that the food is well-prepared and tasty, but honestly the portions are so disappointing, that a packet of ready-to-eat has more quantity. Had a afternoon meal there. Dining experience was splendid. Restaurant owner was very accommodating as she led us in to dine though afternoon dining hours were closing before reopening for dinner.Food choices were aplenty, Im sure anyone will find some dishes theyll like. We had Paneer Chilli Milli, Dal Makhani and Garlic Naan. The aroma fragrance and taste was absolutely mouth watering. By far the best Indian dishes of its kind Ive eaten so far. This is the go to place for my family for good North Indian food... There are tonnes of Indian restaurants in Singapore and I dare say Salaam Bombay is in my top 3 list... Mutton Dishes are our favourite the food might take a while to come and I am sure there is good reason for that.. Its really well prepared and tasty... Looking forward to my next visit very soon... this time with the guys to try out their Beer and Bites buffet💪💪💪

We ordered chikken tikka ,Gobi Manchurian dry ,garlic nan,tawa chapathi,chicken kolapuri,chicken Kadai,like soda with salt and sugar,finally desert rasmalia all these was good except rasmalai everything was good like soda was too sour

We ordered the fish tikka malasa, chicken tikka malasa, a cheese naan, a garlic naan and a starter of onion bhaji and everything was so good! The cheese naan even had a cheese pull and had a nice buttery fragrance. We thoroughly enjoyed the tikka malasas as well, the meats were so tender and the curry base was so fragrant with a nice garlicky hit. Theres a 50% off promo running for all items in the menu so our bill only came up to $37 for all those items! Rly good Indian cuisine and will be back!

Owner took care of my takeaway order personally and the food for awesome - Chicken Tikka, Butter Chicken, Saffron Rice and their Naan was so well made, it remained perfectly soft even after an hour from preparation time at dinner.Enjoyed the meal and their personalized service (tks for the 2 extra cups of wifes fav mint sauce). I went there just to discover some fancy Indian food and to be honest I had the best Indian food ever ! The manager was very attentive to my every need and to my feedback, and she was very sweet every time Id go back to the restaurant. The food was well presented and very tasty ! I wasnt disappointed by any of the various dishes I orderedI really hope Ill get the chance to visit this restaurant a couple more times if I come back to Singapore !

Chicken briyani was cooked in a claypot, rice is cooked perfectly and apparently has a stronger spice aroma than your usual chicken briyani love it!Butter chicken has a mild tomato puree taste to it, it is a lighter kind of butter chicken masala with a nice balanced flavours of sweetness & saltiness. Highly recommended!Their naans are still slightly fluffy on one side and charred on the other. I really like charred flavour it came with!Papadums & coriander mint chutney are complimentary. Papadums are very crispy.Service here is very good as well, water will be refilled when the waiter walks by.

Ordered the Mutton Rogan Josh. It was tasty, spices used were strong and enjoyable. The mutton kebab had good flavour but was slightly underseasoned. Food was affordable with 50% discount.The service was prompt and exemplary. Food came quickly and host was very friendly.

Ordered takeaway from here 2 times and both experiences were great. First of all the food is very delicious, I hope they can keep this consistency. Second, the owner are very welcoming and present and I guess thats the main reason behind the success of this restaurant. Upon this first visit to Salaam Bombay, my wife and I were greeted immediately with a smile and genuine warmth from the staff and the owners here.In simple words, the food was excellent, the prices were more than competitive and I cant recommend this place enough. To quote my wife This is the best curry weve had in Singapore, and to be honest I had to agree..put this one on your radar, I guarantee youll want to eat here again once youve visited.

They replaced with different paneer which was good. The seasoning is decent. Will try the buffet lunch if I get a chance.

Best curry Ive had in Singapore! OK, so its just my opinion but the food was truly delicious. Compliments to the chef! And the owners were most gracious and friendly. Lots to choose from the menu so my husband and I will be coming back to try something different.

Got a takeaway from here. The kebab platter was amazing. Naan basket, malai kofta were great as well. Expected much from Dum aloo since its supposed to be stuffed with some spices but to my surprise, theres just plain boiled potatoes in tomato gravy. Besides that, everything is fine. Food was good, but we ordered the Methi Fish and the portion was ridiculously small for the price. I got a grand total of 3 small fish pieces in a bowl and it was unsatisfying to say the least. Customers will come back only if they feel that the food gives them overall satisfaction, including value for money. This dish alone was enough to make me think twice whether I want to come back even though the other dishes were good. I hope the restaurant can work on this.

Fifty percent discount on all à la cart menu items. What delicious and affordable North Indian cuisine. Crowded on weekdays, so come on Saturdays and Sundays for a leisurely meal. Worth noting are the briyanis, and also the meatless options, like the meatless Rogan Josh.

Really enjoyed the Bombay Brunch set menu when we dined in on 20 December. The Tandoori Turkey Kebab proved to be a revelation that turkey can still be juicy and tender when expertly prepared! Would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant.

This review is kind of overdue because I always get takeout/delivery from here, I think Ive ordered about 10 times now.All their dishes are full of rich, bold and complex flavors, with all proteins perfectly cooked, beautifully tender and succulent. But what really stands out, to me. Is how well balanced each dish is, the flavors really present itself but in a way that isnt upsetting the overall harmonyIve had too many dishes here to list them all, but the Mutton Rogan josh, mutton buna gosht and butter chicken really stand out to me. Sometimes, the butter chicken has too much cumin. But honestly, everything Ive ordered from here has been excellent. Though, I cant speak for their seafood options as I have yet to try it.The 50% they have going on for takeout and delivery is phenomenal in terms of quality.

Ive been going to this place for a long time. Unfortunately the quantity of food has been decreasing consistently. For example, we ordered kadhai paneer the other day, while it was delicious it was served in a small soup bowl. For the cost of ~10 SGD (after 50% discount), they could do better in terms of the serving size.

The right place to enjoy authentic Indian Chaats and Indian-Chinese cuisine. Don’t miss the kulfi for desert if you are dining at Salaam Bombay.

The ambience was good, the place relaxed and well-spaced out. The staff, and the owners (I assume) were friendly and very accomodating. Whatever we ordered (vegetarian) were tasty and the portions were good. The only advice would be to avoid the food colour and perhaps include some south Indian items too,that Mumbai is famous for 😊 Their kulfi (regular one on a stick) is a must try, though we were told matka kulfi isnt available. Hopefully next time! And the fact that it is in Biopolis makes it less crowded over the weekends. Ideal place to escape the crowds in LI, I would say.

Very good services with SUPREME nice food

Food was very good. We ordered naan basket, bhature with chana massala, butter chicken and lamb seesh kebab. All were really good. The kebab was moist and tasty, not overcooked like some places. Butter chicken was a hit with the children. On top of that they offered a 50% discount on all food. We also had mango lassi but it was too sweet for our liking.

Ordered daal makhni with lacha prantha and tandoori roti.Daal was taste less and red kidney beans were not even fully boiled before putting up in daal. Lacha parantha looks like normal parantha. Wont be ordering again.
