I dont know the crab legs why soo salty ans cannot taste the original of the seafood freshness at all . I dont like this buffet. Atmosphere and layout of the food quite standard.

Every dishes look delicate, very fresh and flavorful, and are served quick. A few dish items tend to be in high in demand even at the start of the lunch buffet, within minutes its OOS. Fingers have to be fast :PGreat service and all staff are very friendly and approachable. The ambience is quite soothing with pretty views around. Definitely an awesome venue for family/friends gathering. Worth the price~

Got the opening promo for 2 pax $70 weekend lunch. Level 8. Friendly staff. Food is served fast and receptionist is friendly. Attentive staff. Food wise is order thru iPad and delivered by staff. They included Nabe hotpot which is must try. The quality is good generally.

Decent spread of Japanese food. A little less choices that back in Jan2021. The cheese Oyster we came back for is water down.. Less meat, much more mayo. Not nice. Sashimi decent. Lemonade nice. Prawn Tempura and matcha Ice cream good.

I dont think the subpar food ia worth the price and the hype. Not sure why it is always difficult to make a reservation there.Food isnt really very fresh and does not taste good. Went for their weekday buffet lunch today. Q going in was organised, split between with reservation and without. Line moved quickly after vaccination status was verified. Orders are made via Ipad with a good cold & hot selection of sashimi, sushi, teppan, hotpot, tempura, salad, desserts, hot & cold beverages. Seafood is fresh, tempura batter is light and crisp and everything else good. Perhaps fresh meat for hotpot is rather limited (just beef) but were beef eaters so it suits us fine. We enjoyed their desserts so its a pity they didnt include hot coffee in their menu to go with desserts. Therere also no fruits in their menu. For these, minus 1 star, so 4 stars overall.Staff service was fast and efficient and food came quickly. Used plates are cleared regularly.At $50 nett for 2 pax, its very good value for money. Will recommend and return.

It was a great dining experience despite this COVID19 situation. We had an earlier reservations but due to the recent measures, the 28-Sept one had to be rescheduled.We contacted the restaurant team via Facebook and let them assist on the next available dining which is today, 26-Sep-2021. As our purpose was to celebrate my sons birthday whom loves Japanese cuisine.Glad with their assistance, we managed to enjoy a scrumptious meal this evening at the restaurant. The team was thoughtful to prepare a complimentary birthday slice cake for my son.We enjoyed the food served. Fast service with great varieties of choices.We hope to dine in here again.

I have been here for maybe 3 to 4 years ago. Heard of 1 for 1 buffet promo then decide to try it again. But, only grilled prawn was great. The rest of the dishes not really worth to try, especially the oyster, very tinny one plus not tasty at all. Limited selection with poor quality of dishes.

Went for the weekend lunch buffet. At $70 nett for 2, the price is reasonable for the variety of food available. Although based on the photos seen pre Covid where you get to take your food, there seems to a scale down of whats available. Nonetheless, the food I ordered were well prepared. Food selected were promptly served while the service staff were attentive to our needs. You might want to select a window seat as you can get a nice view of the scenery.

Did anyone say buffet??????Kiseiki offers a good range of buffet items which you can order in comfort on the tablet and food will be served to you! There’s sashimi, salmon head, tempura which makes it really value for money.Too bad that the reservation slots are always fully booked up, so do arrive early (at least half hour before) to queue up for the buffet. I arrived at 11am and waited for around 50mins (*note: Restaurant only opens at 11.30am). You do want to arrive earlier as there are a lot of patrons who arrived only at 11.30am and had to wait for a longer time before they were seatedFood quality was pretty good. I love the freshness of the prawns. I would skip the pork chops as it was really hard and difficult to chew. I would skip the cheese oyster too as it tasted weird. Must orders are the salmon head, tempura, sashimi in my opinion. But do be prudent in ordering as you may over order. Slow and steady wins the race. Staff is polite and prompt in clearing the dishes too, so I am very impressed with that as the restaurant is very busy.

Kiseki is the cheapest Japanese buffet in town!!Yes i’m surveying around, indeed with the price Kiseki is really the cheapest and without compromising the quality and variety. I liked salmon head & cold prawns 🦐 !Because of COVID-19 restrictions so we ordered via ipad and they would serve to us.Some suggestions though:1. There’re several types of salad : shabu shabu pork salad 🥗, onsen egg salad, veg salad, Would prefer to have option to separate the salad sauce for healthier options2. To reduce food waste, it’s would prefer to have the option to choose Qty of item, e.g: tempura prawns 🍤 comes in 3pcs, like small eater can choose one pcs or Small to the size of dish , this also enable eater to enjoy more variety of foods.3. Again for healthier options, Would prefer to have iced green tea 🍵 although currently they serve hot green tea .4. What a pity, They used to serve coffee ☕️ but no more now. 😢This month there is promotion for weekend lunch 2for $70; dinner 2 for 90

Visited this place for the first time. Majorly loved the snow crabs 😍 Service by the team was pretty fantastic, very attentive and courteous. and with the current promo, it’s a pretty good deal. Not so keen the pasta tho even tho it’s vital for my kid since she’s not keen on seafood. But she LOVED the prawn tempura!Will def head back when there’s promo again.

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, getting to our table was efficient. Availablity of food items are displayed around the buffet table, ordering on the iPad provided was easy. Although the range of food seems to be limited, the dispensing of them to the table was fast. A special mention to Mr Vincent, the manager who is patient & accomodating.

Second time visiting! Glad to see most of the staff who used to be foreigners are now locals and more senior. Service is so much better now than per-covid when I visited in February 2020. Food is good and the service is great! iPad lags a bit but nothing the staff can’t handle! 👍🏼

Good experience. Emptied plates and bowls were cleared really fast. Food was alright. Chawanmushi was good. Like the ideas of the small little hotpots etc, but sadly, they only have beef for shabu, the other options are the balls, toufu, and vege for the shabu. For people who dont eat beef, there are no other alternatives.Sashimi was alright. The only sushi I prefer was the salmon aburi. Unagi ones wasnt really good, it was a little dry.Didnt try pizzas as I was already full. Carbonara spaghetti was good.A few types of cakes for dessert to end the meal.Overall staff were really nice, and warm.$70 bucks for 2, is good. Just nice a treat from the wife. Good.

First time here. And it wasn’t too bad!! Waiting time can be a little long, but dishes got served pretty promptly. Some dishes got forgotten, but I guess it’s understandable since they’re kinda busy.Things to order: the sashimi, and the various sushi, and chawanmushi. The dessert was yummy as well!! The onsen egg wasn’t great, would give it a miss.Paid $50 for 2 pax due to the promotion, and it was really worth it!

First time dine-in experience went wonderfully!! Despite the variety not being as plenty as compared to other restaurants, the level of attention and detail by the staffs are worth mentioning. They are quick in serving our food to us, polite when interacting with us and the atmosphere is suitable for dates for couples. The environment is beautiful as it suits the Japanese theme and the reservation for this place is worth the whole package. I would recommend this place to people who have not come here to dine before. Thank you to the staff on duty on 11/07/2021. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Price-value not as expectation. However, you might have preference over certain dishes, such as oysters, emperor crabs (mostly legs ... if you order 1-2 they will serve you the tinny legs .. best is that you order 8 pairs in one go so you will have huge and small legs in combination).. order more of these preferences (and make sure non-stop so that the serving is continuous .. LOL!) .. Must book a day in advance else you shall TAN GU GU (Singlish means needed to wait till all the advance booking customer filled the dinning) outside...Overall --- I will preferred (pay slightly more) to go for higher end Japanese restaurant to have more varieties of food choice.

Service staff is prompt and nice but I feel the service process can be better. We key our orders into the app in the tablet, it will be reflected as an invoice format on the tablet so theres no way to check if the order has been served. So we order some dishes, it came out in the invoice format, but some dishes were never served and we just sat there waiting.Also, per order is max 8 dishes. We were not briefed about this and neither did we see it indicated anywhere. So we happily order 10+ dishes and when we submit the order then only the app says can max 8 dish per order only. So throughout the night we can only submit orders in multiples of 8.

Had lunch time buffet. Menu is not that extensive. Should consider to put other taste pallet like spicy or sour. The baked oyster with avocado and cheese is a hit. Tuna sashimi is also not in the menu. Was offered coffee at the end of the meal which is really awesome for me. My compliments to Vincent who attended us.

Service was very prompt and service staff is very friendly but unfortunately the order app on the ipad is poorly developed and thus sending the order to the kitchen thru the app has a lot of room for improvement. Also, not too sure if its Covid but the variety of Japanese food is pretty limited for instance theres no chicken karaage or soft shell crab though.Overall still a good experience for the price. :)

(Reviewing after Kiseki reopened after a long closure due to covid.) This buffet establishment still proves itself to be value for money choice for sashimi and other food items. I’d recommend trying the melon daifuku.

Our 3rd time here and we love how its valued for money. The staff are friendly and helpful (my daughter spilled her mushroom soup and they assisted to clean up immediately), the variety is entensive, ans there isnt much wait for the food to arrive. There is also an alfresco area but fully air-conditioned which I love.. Enjoying the sun and view without the heat and humidity! Definitely will be back again.

Not enough staffs to fulfill the orders required for so many patrons! Had to wait very long for our food despite having made reservation. You dont know what is the status of your order and results you to have to order to multiple times. And very often, they serve to the wrong table.Quality of food is also not very good, despite the popular reviews. Has lots of room for improvement.

Seafood here are fresh, super value for money with a wide range of items to select from. Came here without a reservation but I guess weekdays are less packed perhaps. There’s not much of a service here where the service crew are just dropping the plates at your table and hurrying off. Maybe full of part timers I guess? Who knows. 4 stars because of the service here but definitely a 5 for their food.

I like that I can have a sukiyaki hotpot with free flow Shabu Shabu meat at a buffet l! Though now being covid I feel their selection has become a little smaller. But otherwise still alright!

Not bad, matcha ice cream was good. Seafood was my top choices. Their services is quite good too, but there is sometimes that they have forgotten to keep the plate but is okay :)I will of course come again ^^

We love the baked oysters and salmon sashimi. However, some orders come in late (first order will arrive towards the end or maybe it was served to another table) . we also received a dish that we didn’t order - fried salmon 😬😬😬. Staff are generally nice and very excited to bust out the plates 😂😂😂. We also like the mochi and cake and watermelon. We are quite disappointed because there’s no salmon fish head. The ambiance is nice but it could have been better if our request to sit at the window side has been accommodated.Shout out to Vincent for outstanding service. You are a gem in your company. Have eaten here a couple of times before covid and always enjoyed my experience here. Servers were prompt in clearing dirty plates from the table and food were served relatively fast after placing our orders. Food wise- a variety of food to choose from (japanese and western). Ambience- we were seated in the outside (still air conditioned) portion of the restaurant and had a nice view facing town. Lighting was great outside as well. Overall a good experience and will recommend!

Excellent service and quality food. It is always the place for my family to celebrate our special events before and during pandemic. My daughter and I love their Salmon sashmi very much, thick and juicy. My husband enjoys the hot soup. Dessert is nice too.

We decided to try going to Kiseki on a Monday at 11.30am hoping that it wouldn’t be so crowded. We made a table reservation and surprised that at 11.25am there is line for customers who made reservation and there were quite a lot of people. Was told that it is full house for lunch on a Monday.I can see why it is so popular. Free flow Sashimi, sushi, fresh prawns, tempura, drinks and desserts for the price a Japanese bento cost during lunch.Tip: don’t order the western in the buffet menu. We had a plate of pork chop sent to us even though we didn’t order. Not worth the tummy space. You can skip the cakes for other desserts if there’s limited tummy space.

Post COVID can no longer can get yourself for hygiene reasons. Instead order any item you want from a menu and they will bring

Kiseki is the Japanese buffet restaurant in town for everyone to celebrate the pleasure of eating, serving over 100+ buffet items.I missed the option of selecting your own choice before covid as I been here more than three times, as todays normal dine-in is ticking into a sheet of paper of food selection and wait for these items to be served.The staff here are great, explain the option and inform you of the last call order. Recommended and will come back here in special occasion.

Ah Ti is very service oriented and efficient. Thecis is really value for money. I casually chatted with them and mentioned my birthday today and they surprised me with a mini birthday cake which was delicious! Thank you Kiseki and crew!

The manager (kita) and his team service is excellent. He is very detailed and service oriented. Taking initiative to solve the issue immediately and make us feel at home. He is a great asset to the company.

I have lost count as to how many times I have been here. I frequent this place with family and friends when they visit Singapore for holiday. Food is good. Service staff are polite. They clear out plates quite fast too so it doesnt pile up on your table. They have lots of options for dessert and sushi too. Im not sure if its just me but I feel like the food is somehow tastier before than now. They accept walk ins but to secure your spot better make a reservation.

The sausage and salmon head were served cold. The sausages looks uncooked. We requested for extra bowls but was not served at all.. Sushi taste can be improved further.

Had a great buffet with a couple of friends. Since its during Covid period, they would be serving the food to your table instead of personally selecting on the buffet table. This has become the norm for most buffet restaurant nowadays. Satisfied with the nice staff service and food selection.

The food was served at a reasonable pace. Variety of food was limited but quality of food is OK. Their oysters are very fresh and delicious - I couldn’t take the avocado mayo oysters due to an allergy, but they made an out-of-menu yuzu chili version one for me. Needless to say, can see that they are really customer-oriented. Customer service is good and staff are very polite too! ☺️

The food quality overall is slightly disappointing, but there are some nice surprises.Mushroom soup for example taste like canned soup, and its clumpy.But the Pizza is surprisingly good, can try.The hotpot is good in theory, poor in execution. Having soup and ingredients are nice, but the fuel heated pot has flames so high, i burnt myself a few time trying to just get soup.Desserts are fine though, quite a few selections, but ice cream is poor quality. Go for the cake instead.Chanwanmushi is tasteless.

The beef for the nabe was very good.Service staff was great. The walk in Q was very long. Luckily booked before hand but at least need 4-5weeks in advance. I think the slots they open for booking is very limited.
