Unprofessionalism. Carpenter came home and visited what are all needs to be changed after that he says we will send you the estimated amount, followed up for more than 3 days and no response from their side... literally waste of time...dont opt for fixodo service.

Called them for fixing few cubboard hinchesin our home kitchen, for inspecting they charged Rs. 200 and collected on the day of inspection and on the nextday they have quoted for Rs.1000+gst and finally quoted forRs. 800+gst and refused to provide reasonable quote less than Rs. 800+gst.Please think twice before call them for your work.... Fixodo electronic service is very responsible and through. Elec-guy who came to our place to fix our power break. He solved the complicated issues, that we could have never thought of. He is confident. And he also explained us in a way that even I can understand what was the issues and what we can do the next time.My review for their service is five out of five and they deserve it!

Seriously - if you need anything done and the house and are as un-handy as me, call Fixodo! THEY are THE BEST! They helped us with Plumbing work, installing new kitchen cabinets, wall lighting, ceiling fans, few correction, and more! They are very professional, communicates effectively and is always reliable. They responded to my initial message within a couple of hours, came the next day to assess the project, provided a written estimate in a day, and scheduled and completed the task the following week. They were courteous and conscientious at all times, and quick to respond to communication, and even came back after they had been paid to do some additional touch-up at my request.I highly recommend Fixodo and look forward to working with them again soon!

They dont have punctuality.No fixed rates (rates depend upon the person)High hypocrite talking.Better to look other services . Money waste.

Very bad experience. Fixed appointment at 9:00 am. No one responded till I called back around 2:00 pm. Was told they have only 2 plumbers and prioritize large jobs over smaller ones and will come by 4:00pm. No response again and had to call at 5:30 only to be told rudely by the lady on phone to cancel and look for other plumbers. Absolutely no responsiveness and concern for the time of customer.

They never turn up. Its been a week but everyday they say that theyre coming today but never turn up.

I received an immediate confirmation message containing details of the service official assigned to us.The prices also very nominal. The plumber very patiently waited at our place for more than 3 hours and finished the job for us. He was friendly and attended to all our queries. We recently contacted this company to do some electrical wiring work in our house. They sent an electrical technician to get the job done. Though, initially he acted in a way that made us have some qualms about his work and behaviour, we approached the company, who helped us to sort it out. They obliged and even did the necessities to reinstate the trust we had on them promptly. They also took steps to settle the amount that was due to us, after some scuffle.

People are polite. After fixing appointment the person didnt turn up on the said time. They didnt inform that they are not going to come. So waited in home and wasted time. They came after two days. But the response from the inspection team and call center is very bad. They came for inspection and collected 170 rupees for inspection charges. Mentioned that they would give detailed plan to do after going to office. But never called back. Even after repeated calls didnt elicit any response. Careless and insensitive attitude from the whole team. Also for any repair etc in plumbing they are not bringing/buying spare parts on their own. They said they would charge 10% of the bill amount if they purchased spare parts. Even after agreeing to pay that they said they dont want to waste time in buying spare parts. In that time they can attend other clients. Gave one star because the service personnel was polite. But workwise zero.

Totally impatient when I asked for separate estimate for different furniture they are messaging pls leave us, find some other place, thank you what nonsense? Is this the way they answer for people who ask split up for estimate?

Requested for a tv unit wall mounting. I specifically requested for a professional. The carpentor came without drilling instrument and requested for Rs.120/- as inspection charges. Then he said they need one more person and he came with one more person by 5.00PM. They were not able to fix the unit. Spoiled the painting of wall by plenty of markings. Drilled the unit several times. Finally they told their timing is getting over by 6.00pm. We are totally upset with their work style and sent them with half done.

They are operating through third party service providers on whom they have no control at all. I complained about the poor carpenter service provided for an exorbitant price but they we were not able to do anything even after i followed for more than 3 months.

Why should I pay 170 just for inspection?and for plumbing we have to buy materials and for digging we have to do that they will just do the fixing of pipes.what is this ?A work includes everything right ? Today morning he inspected the house till now he hasn’t sent me an estimation.but sincerely bought 170 for just seeing pipes.waste of money and time.wont use your fixodo or suggest to anyone.
