Easy shopping experience and super easy returns. Of the 10+ pairs I bought in different styles and colors, only 1 style ended up fitting my small/average head really well. Everything else was too big or loose fitting. Looking forward to the expansion to different styles or a slightly smaller frame for someone like myself. The signature series - for me - were close, but still too big and loose feeling on my head compared to similar styles from other online retailers I tried. I would love something in that style with the upgraded lenses and lifetime guarantee, but couldnt commit yet based on fit. I went with the small aviators and they border on going too far the other way (too small), but ultimately I kept those for now. I will be interested to see how the repair/replacement policy actually works if I ever need it in the future.

A few moons ago as I was distracted by a flash flood at the zoo, a criminal with good taste sweet fingered my Shady Ray sunglasses right off my body... In less than 3 minutes I had moved through the stages of grief and directly to Shady Rays website where I ordered a warranty replacement pair for the cost of shipping and handling, and now Im not only looking cool and looking out for mischief, but doing it with my shoulders back and relaxed because my warranty lives on for one more unfortunate covered event.

I bought a pair of shady rays. They are inferior quality. The lenses distort. Colors are drab. I asked for a refund but will only replace them with another inferior product. Final decision to not refund my purchase (which they advertise free refunds and replacements) was by Stephanie B. They chose to have bad reviews rather than make customers happy.

I was a long time Native sunglasses buyer. I switched to Shady Rays because of warranty run around from Native (after they were bought out by a large company). The initial order from Shady Rays was great, excellent product and fast delivery. I broke them and they replaced them as advertised with no hassle. Great product - Great Company. We need more companies like this - no COVID excuses, no hassle and they do what they say.
