On June 25th, as Sydney went into lockdown, I ordered a White Ergotron 45-476-216 Hx Desk Dual Monitor Arm. The website said there was one left in stock.A few hours later, I received an apologetic email and a phone call saying that the item was sold out.I was offered the option to cancel or continue with the order with a new time frame.I appreciated the personal touch of a phone call. Though the new date was a few weeks away, they reassured me that stock was coming in and would arrive by the new date three weeks later.Due to the lockdown in Sydney, every store online had sold out, and most did not give such precise time frames when they would replenish their Ergotron stock.I also ordered a Brateck Steel Laptop Holder Fits10-15.6 For Most Desk Mounts With Standard 75x75/100x100 Vesa Plate. The laptop holder was delivered the next day.The Ergotron monitor stand came on the day promised. I warned them that I was possibly moving house and checked a few days before to ensure the package was sent to the correct address.In addition to having excellent customer service, the item arrived a day early. Furthermore, I could not find the White Ergotron 45-476-216 Hx Desk Dual Monitor Arm cheaper anywhere else in Australia.Thanks, Skycomp, loving the monitor arm!

Ordered a router on 8th did not arrive till 27th. Sent email no proper response. Called the store Peter picked the call and the telephone conversation started with no apology or empathy for delay just very stern rude voice I dont know where the package is, okay so refund my money reply I get is I dont have access, okay pass the call to someone else reply : there is no one around, can I speak to your manager he never works has no mobile and is never available in store. 😡Peter was extremely rude and racist. His presence is very detrimental to any shop owners. Its sickening such kind of behaviour in such difficult times.Stay away from them!!!! Would give -5 if I could

Recently wrote a review where there was some issues which arose with receiving a damaged item and initially was not able to resolve it to satisfaction. They would not turn on.I contacted Skycomp asking for a replacement. After a couple of days they emailed back asking me to return them for a replacement. They tested the faulty ones, which is more than reasonable to do, and they gave me a replacement set.To me, the true test of an organisations customer service is when there are issues with a purchase. Skycomp passed the test with flying colours. The gentleman who tested the old and checked to make sure the replacement worked, finished off by saying to me: please let us know if there are issues again. A1 Skycomp! I ordered a 10TB Hard drive from Sky Comp (based on the fast delivery reviews). I added the note Please wrap very well please, I ordered on Wednesday and it turned on on the following Monday even though I paid $68.30 delivery. It was delivered in the smallest box possible with zero bubble wrap or padding. Support was indifferent and incorrect when I chased up the order. I did receive a $50 refund for bad postage speed though.

Prompt delivery time. Well packaged. All items were correct. Competitive prices. No complaints. Will use this business again in the future.

Order multiple times over the last 3 months as I slowly selected and put together a new rig. Every time their stock levels were accurate, their service was friendly when I needed it (and mostly automated as it all worked smoothly), and the items were dispatched without delay into the hands of Australia Post and arrived in mint condition, packed well.Even in the middle of Black Friday sales - the Skycomp normal price was lower than what the same items were on some other high volume competitors sales prices.My only feedback would be they probably need to put a little more process in place for high-demand new releases (such as this years Nvidia cards and Ryzen new processors). Other vendors handled this better by enabling waitlists and pre-orders long before the item is listed. But if youre not buying bleeding edge, dont let this put you off.+1 Will be the first place I look for stuff in the future, for sure.

Incredible service, even during these trying times! Prices are good. I ordered 6 parts and received everything within 48h (in Sydney), which is crazy. I paid attention about choosing items listed as in stock. They sent me an email the next day saying that my power supply was actually out of stock. Instead of making me wait 6 weeks, they upgraded my power supply to one they had in stock for the same price. Could only recommend, and will do all of my pc shopping with them from now on!

So now I am waiting for the refund while I have to buy the item from a second retailer again today.Tried to confirm stock availability via online chat but waited there for quite some time that I gave up and trusted the website In Stock statement.Dont put stock quantities on your website if theyre not accurate.

The building to get to is a bit dodgy but service is great. As long as you know what you want and order ahead there is no hassle. The online chat is useful and they are flexible for payments. I ordered a bunch of parts and wanted to pay with eftpos gift cards. They asked me to place an online order and they overrode it so that it can be shipped. I paid on premise with the cards. They usually get their orders in after 3pm and will call you when its ready. Their prices were cheaper than other competitors at the time. I would definitely shop again.

IN STOCK actually means in stock with supplier and not in store so dont expect same day pick up or even next day pick up. and descriptions for many items are off and dont have accurate dimension, best to check manufactures site for the details .also if your order says (in/on transit) it is actually in transit from their supplier to them and not on the way to you for delivery.Very poor website set up and explanation of whats happening to your order. site also seems to go offline during the night. not very professional site.

Even though they state we dont charge you until we process your order, my card was charged immediately. I also paid an extra $40 for Express Post to ensure this would be recd by Christmas. 2 whole days go by with no updates. Sent an email, only to be told that item cannot be located, or acquired. I called and requested a refund ASAP. The man on the phone was hard to understand. Nice, but quite hard to understand. He stated there was an email confirming my cancellation, but no email came through while I was on the phone with him. He said he sent it 3 times. In that time that we both waited, I sent myself 3 emails, & they all showed up immediately. Anyway, supposedly a refund is being processed....Since this keyboard is now sold out everywhere, I wont be able to even replace it in time.
