Metafab is the most worst company that manufactures automotive products in india. The owner is Mr. Amit Chopra and General Manager is Mr. Maletia, both are dangerous and unethical culprits.Earlier, they were having tieups with Hero, Honda, Suzuki etc. Because of the bad behaviour, non support & cheating mentality, most of the two wheeler dealers rejected their products from the market and they even reported to the honda/hero/ suzuki officials. They are having negligible market share in south india because of the customer and dealer cheating mentality of Metafab.I was their dealer at Kerala and they have cheated us too rudely. They have pick pocketed almost 8lakhs from us in various ways. They are having only one intention, that is to make money even by cheating a customer or a dealer. None of the dealers will be interested to take their dealership, if they enquired Metafab in the market.If customer has registered their warranty complaint, no one will attend the complaint immediately and if attended also they wont provide the proper warranty. The will ask for 100% payment before material dispatch, but never they will deliver the material on time. If you have regularly called or mailed the Chopra or Materia to discuss the delivery or product complaint, they wont lift the phone and respond to your mail also. They are providing low quality, high priced product in worst service.So if anyone think to purchase metafab products or to get their dealership, please check in the market, discuss with other losers like me and kindly escape from their hands. In the dealership agreement itself, they will cheat dealers. They are the cheaters in the automotive market.If you want to know more about their cheating stategy, you all can discuss with EVM Honda, Kerala(Biggest two wheeler dealer) and any other old two wheelers dealers in Kerala/ Tamilnadu/ Karnataka and Andhra.For good two wheeler products, please go for Protoc/ Protec Hydro or Oil lube Systems. Their products are economical, complaint free and you will get good service from a non cheating company.

I have very bad experience with metafab engg.i have ordered a hydraulic ramp from them they show me different material and sent me very bad incomplete cconsignment at heigher cost and then they promise me,and till the day no any responce form company even companys MD personally well infromed about this matter.despite repeated emails and telephoneic talk to customer care,sales and Companys MD Mr. Amit chopra from the last 4 month.

After complete my Graduation , my first job is in Metafab & i have very good experience of working there. Sales Staff is very supportive and nice . i have learnt lot of things there.

We have sent Battery chargers for repair to Faridabad in December 2013. Till now not heard any information and our follow ups failed. This kind of response we have not expected. Totally DISSATISFIED.

Not Sattisfied to their service.just before 5 month ago. we bought compressor to the metafab. but now its tyre prressure pipe is leaquage. and we complained many time to the metafab.they did not solve my problem i am tottaly dissatisfied to their service.
