Nice place to visit with family and frnds ask for river view. Visit the place in winter season for pleasent mornings and evenings. Nice staff, good but limited food options. Rates r high for all drinks and foods since there r no restaurants nearby unless u have your own cars to wander.

Spent a night here, lovely place with great river facing rooms. Food was good but slightly overpriced. Rooms were clean and service was prompt. Overall, the property and the pool is very well maintained. Would definitely visit again.

Rooms are good. Although look low on maintenance, the view of Damanganga river from the rooms is pleases you!Since located near river front, you may enjoy going for a walk on the river front. River front has been nicely decorated & also has restaurants for fast food.The restaurant offers all cuisines & has Veg & Non Veg both sections. Food quality is excellent although the quality of service & time to serve the order needs improvement.Overall experience of my business stay & restaurant was very good!

Nice location by the river side. Beautiful property.But a big problem- bathroom is very poorly ventilated. The stink flows into the room.Besides this, housekeeping staff is not alert. Its our responsibility to point out problems in AC, choked bath taps, missing mosquito repellent, etc.And yes, mosquitoes are too much in this resort.Check in time is strictly 12 noon and check out is strictly 10 am.Room service is very fast.

Silvassa is rich in nature by god grace, due to govt encouragement for industries very companies and groups invested here,Kamat established long ago even before this mass industrialisation, I think it was established for mumbai travellers,At the bank of daman ganga river location of this property is very beautiful, it already earned a good name amongst frequently visitors,It is a professionally managed and maintained property.Food quality is good but bit over priced.Highly recommend this resort to stay

Food was ok.. Service was slow.. Not up to mark compared to other kamats outlets.. Its too expensive for the taste.. If it tasted good then.i.wouldnt mind paying the amount they ask but i am sorry to say that the food is absolutely not worth the price.. Go elsewhere instead..

This hotel is managed by VITS and KAMATs. About the VITS hotel there are two wings one has the old structure and the second one is the new structureThe old one doesnt look like you are in VITS hotel. Its similar to most of the OYO rooms. They havent renovated it. Whereas the new ones are okay but spacious nothing to be surprised of. The connectivity is a major concern. Unless you are facing the river or some open space you are not going to get any mobile connection into your room. The reception said only Vodafone works but I couldnt experience it as I had JIO connection. For breakfast or food Kamat is the one preparing it. Its nice and tasty. The view from the hotel is great along the riverside. There are other lots of places to visit around this hotel.

I have been customer of this resort since 15yearsThe location ,the ambiance is scenic and overall upkeep is beautiful . its a perfect place for business as well as family stay. A very safe place !!!But nowadays a lot has changed , when it comes to boarding or restaurant facilities &for worst!!Old staff ,cooks, Head cook Mr Naik are either retired or left. We used to get really personalised service and they all cared for customers and their tastes. Service was quick and courteous .I am sorry to say that all this has now changed drastically in last 6 months and become worst on restaurant services . I at least had an occasion to stay for 3/4 times. Every time I experienced the same worst service and frankly found no one listening . Hence this exercise.The food quality has gone down considerably. Restaurant service is so worst that ,for veggie like me , it takes at least hour and a half to get served . Infact no body seems to pay attention.Food quality is not so good and quant is substantially reduced.Comlimentory breakfast is third class and now no fun .Whosoever is listening , please take note. Customer satisfaction on restaurant service needs drastic improvement!!I must say ,as on today ,the Reception service is good.This really has come from heart from your loyal customer.. Please do understand and take corrective action .Thanks anyway.

It was second visit to this restaurant. I can say it was not at all good. Less staff was the reason we got. No cleaning of tables too much crowd. De were not able to manage it. Kamath has a name and hence we went der to eat. But we had very bad experience

Excellent place to relax, unwind and enjoy quality food. The restaurant cum resort is located on the river bank. The view of river and beautiful bridge adds to dining experience. There is ample parking space. We tried Paneer tikka, aaloo parantha and butter naan. The taste was awesome and bill for 2 person was Rs 460. Staff is very friendly and service is excellent.
